Update: 21 July 2024 Be prepaired to stand in line for at least 20 min if you walk in. I've been here 15 min already and still haven't been served. The main holdup is that the employees are preparing a lot of app orders and this is a majority of the effort at the buffet line so the walk in customers have to wait as the employees serve app and phone in orders. Panda Express really needs a second kitchen for this service. Since it takes twice as long as it should I'll only be coming in half the time!

Update: 16 July ‘22 Returned after a long while and was getting a plate to go. The older Asian man was “Shorting” me on all the food! He put in half the noodles they put for the customer in front of me! I requested more noodles and said I would pay extra. This same Asian man literally put a serving spoon (about 2 tablespoons) more, that’s it! He then proceeded to put meager amounts of the other items! I just left! There’s something very wrong with some of the employees at this location!

Update: 23 Dec 2021 8:30 pm The statement following this one IS NO LONGER the case! It’s too bad the great manager I mentioned is gone! Now this Panda is MEDIOCRE at best. The employees just don’t seem to give a damn! Their customer service skills are slovenly and utterly pathetic!!! As one trots through their buffet line they keep asking you if you “want anything else?” and after you say you do they tell you the next person will help you! They just asked me if I WANT ANYTHING ELSE twice! Why ask that if you aren’t willing to get me anything else? And after all that passing me off, twice, they don’t tell “the next person” what I needed, so, I have to repeat everything to “the next person!” IDIOTS!

3 Months ago: I just had a conversation with the general manager or shift manager. He’s a Vietnamese guy and a great person and no doubt a great manager! I expressed that I was disappointed because I couldn’t get any teriyaki chicken, after he asked if I wanted anything else. He graciously explained that their supplier isn’t sending enough chicken and other sundry items. Just the fact that he took the time and cared enough to explain made all of the difference. I can’t say the same for the young people that work for him (it’s a generational thing I suppose, not the managers fault…it’s rampant); they’re more aloof and indifferent and won’t even talk to you much less explain anything. A good employee or good manager makes all of the difference though! Because of this manger I will definitely return to this Panda Express and bring it my business. I was so impressed with his good nature and great personality that I offered to buy more food and wouldn’t you know it, the spring rolls were complimentary…and of course they were because that’s who he is! I have a feeling this man makes people’s day better everywhere he goes! Way to go Panda Express, YOU HIRED THE RIGHT MAN to manage! Sat 18 Sep...

I’ve never left a review anywhere before but I just feel the need to, today. TWICE now, I have called and the Manager, named Jeremiah, has gone above and beyond to help me out! Without even knowing who I am or anything... has just provided me with exceptional Customer Service! The first time, I wanted to order Teriyaki Chicken and chow mein for all 8 of my orders and for whatever reason it wasn’t showing up on Uber Eats so I called and he told me to go ahead and order something else and he would adjust it for me! I was a little worried but he came through. Then today, I placed an order and forgot to change the quantity on one of the bowls to 2 and I called to see if I could pay over the phone and have them add it to my order and give it to the Uber driver and once again, Jeremiah had my back. I assumed I would just pay over the phone but He insisted that he would take care of it!! Told me not to worry about it, that he would add it to my order! I love this Panda Express; they always have the best customer service and just wanted it to be known that Jeremiah is doing a...

This is this 1st time I have ever ordered from them through delivery. We have ordered for pickup many times and made sure the orders were correct before leaving. I ordered my daughter's favorite plate of honey coconut shrimp and 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 fried rice. I ordered mine with the pepper chicken peppered beef and lo mein. I also ordered 2 spring rolls and 3 crab Rangoon. The order came on time and was hot. But we did not get the crab Rangoon which I was charged for. Not a big deal until I had to go through a lengthy phone conversation with a worker, having to repeat my name multiple times, I offered to give her the order number on the receipt at least 3 times and she kept saying, "what was your name?" After more than 10 minutes she finally told me I would be refunded the cost of the Rangoon. Never an apology or anything else just "Okay?" "Okay." To top things off the beef is so tough it's almost inedible. I'm giving 2 stars for ontime delivery and...

As we love absolutely love Panda Express but we will be avoiding this one. Apparently the hygiene and food service safety standards fall very far from the guidelines. Even before Covid. Literally watched an employee eat her food, then lick her fingers and jump right behind the counter and started serving food and touching the food boxes, never washing her hands or even using sanitizer. All this after the employees bickered amongst themselves about her food break in front of customers. To make it even better watched the cooks then go grab there phones and watch videos together and jump right back to cooking after touching the nasty phone. I’m not big on COVID but I am big on food service standards. Gross place who obviously doesn’t take covid seriously or simply doesn’t care if their employees follow protocol.

A Perfect lunch spot for Chinese. Fast and quick service Chinese cuisine and sweet egg rolls. Panda Express is considered one of most successful Chinese fast food chains in U.S. Expanding from Coast to Coast, the restaurant chains still maintain the original cuisine ingredients and quality for years. The family owned franchise doing their Panda Express restaurant in Glendale CA in 1984. This restaurant location is no different. The place is clean and spacious for single, and double table. Perfect spot to grab a quick lunch. Note: there is a line so come in early to get your order in. Highly recommended for any new visitor or workers, hourly employee in the area. The price is high but food is good. Customer service is good. The manager is good and able to manage his team well with good customer service. 👍
