Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in San Antonio

The website didn’t have the option when we ordered the 30 wings to say just how many we wanted of each different sauces, only tells us we can choose 6 sauces. So we called it in the girl was so rude on the phone (“is that all you want or”) we didn’t say nothing to her and forgot she didn’t ask what dipping sauce. But we would remember to ask when we go pick it up. When entering the young man was so welcoming and nice and he was overwhelmed with people that he turned and asked the girl who was taking orders if she could give him a hand. She rolled her eyes said okay what who’s next. The people in front of us said umm okay rude!!!! It was our turn and when we got the order something told us check it the girl who took it was giving us such attitude we should check it so we did this really frustrated her we open it and everything we asked for was pretty much opposite sauces for then ten and the rest were wrong we only had three flavors in our bag so we asked if it could be redone she basically yanked it from us. Again said nothing but we rather return to Dezavala location before ever ordering from the Togo location on Bandera ever again. And really it was due to the...

Usually always get from this location for football Sunday. Probably 15+ times since September. They’re usually pretty good. However this Super Bowl Sunday will be the absolute last time I ever order from here again. I played my order a WEEK in advance. Upon arriving at my scheduled pick up time, the entire building was full of probably 60+ people. Arguably the busiest they’ve ever been (it’s superbowl so that’s expected). However there is one thing that ruined not just mine but everyone’s experience who ordered directly from the store. The cashier had mentioned that DoorDash and UberEats orders take priority over actual orders placed with the store. This is absolutely unacceptable. How are you going to prepare someone’s food who literally just ordered on a 3rd party app before your customers who had ordered days in advance. Ended up waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time and they said it would most likely be another 30 minutes minimum (probably longer). At this point I was going to miss the game so I cancelled my order and left. My Super Bowl party was without wings this year. They have lost a...

Really bad experience for a first time visit. We ordered boneless wings and fries and waited a very long time. The fries came out cold and stale. Basically, imagine making fries and serving them the next day without reheating them. We were told the hot fries were reserved for the to go orders. We asked for the manager and was informed he was in the kitchen helping because they were short staffed. Kudos, but as a manager you should still check on customers, especially when requested. After being here for almost 2 hours, we bit the bullet and left $50 short having never talked to the manager, without fries and just our boneless wings. We couldn’t even eat them when we got home because they were extremely salty. The only positive to this horrible experience was our waiter Alex. He did a great job keeping us updated and apologized for the mishaps. Unfortunately, even though Alex did all he could to salvage this experience, we will never come back to this establishment.
