Service here is usually bad. This last time ON Friday 10/14/2022, was even WORSE. The first guy at the line (which refused to give me his name and the “manager” said that he didn’t have to (I told him I was going to make a complaint)), got annoyed because I wanted veggies on two salad bowls. He served a couple of veggies strings in one, and kept trying to pass the bowls to the next employee so he could be done with me, but I asked if he could put some veggies in the second bowl too, and he raised his voice saying that they were out ( as if he was upset for me to even ask), when I know usually they have more and switch the containers, which I told him). Then, he barely put some steake on one of the bowls (the other bowl was sofritas), and when I asked him to put a little more steak to make the portion appropriate, he said to do double portion, which I said I was goin to do, but that he needed to first put the correct amount of the first scoop. Portions at this location are always small, even on veggies, and they really want to push double protein charge. THEY NEED TO HAVE A MEASUREMENT SERVING CUP! Just serve what we are paying for! This bad employee was rude and made a scene by raising his voice at me in front of all the other customers, when he could have communicated differently AND THIS LOCATION SHOULD HAVE THE INGREDIENTS available. This location always seems to avoid serving correct portions of any ingredient. The female manager (got her name but as a courtesy not posting it), which also did not act professional, was laughing at the situation. And when I was discussing with her, how unprofessional he was and why I was upset, the guy started to yell again trying to get into our conversation. So THE MANAGER FINALLY TOLD HIM TO BE QUIET AND FINALLY APOLOGIZED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR AND SHE FINALLY STOPPED LAUGHING. Not going back there for sure, but like I told her, IT SUCKS THAT WE HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER TO OTHER LOCATIONS JUST BECAUSE THIS LOCATION HAS VERY BAD SERVICE.

I ordered the Barbacoa bowl, the cilantro lime seasoning 🍋 was missing from the rice. The pan the Barbacoa was supposed to be in looked like dried beef Jerky. I asked for some fresh new Barbacoa, the food preparer said they are out and then the food preparer clerk took my bowl to the back to get me some cold Barbacoa 🤔 💭 🤔 💭 Also I wanted the grilled bell peppers and onions, " they were out again".( 2 employees had 2 different stories as to why they were out. 1 said the morning crew didn't slice enough veggies and the other employee said, the food truck didn't bring enough veggies, Alrighty then, who's on 1st😜) 👀 The pico de gallo was missing the cilantro . Then the next item they were out of was corn, the food preparer was like yeah "we are out of corn" 🌽 😒 😐 I said, "can you get some though" he said," yes", I literally felt like I'd walked into the Wax museum, 😆 lol.
There were so many employees but no one that could keep anything stocked up. Or Even better yet keep the food areas clean as well.
On a positive I will say the cashier was friendly. Although she though had a strange response when I asked her for some green pepper sauce because Yet another again thing they were out of too, ( the bottle was empty@ the condiment stand) she brought a new bottle to the condiment stand and said, I had to come over to also make sure no one stole the pepper sauce bottle.
Say what??? I just poured some of the sauce into the to go container. My thought process was, "she's worried about someone stealing the pepper sauce and they had most of the main ingredients out of stock....Damn make it make sense 😳 She needs to be concerned about where all of their food products are going!!! After her response I had 1 star to give her. Where was the Mgr.????? All crew members and No leader 👎

Waited at the cash register for someone to pay for 5 minutes while my food just sat there. The guy who made the food stood there while there was no line while I was waiting on someone to come take my card. Guess it wasn’t “his job” to work the cashier so he didn’t care. He could’ve at least gone to get someone to check me out but nope. I just waited there while he avoided eye contact with me. When the lady finally came up she just said bluntly “$8.15”. I asked if I could get a drink too. She put the cup on the counter and stared at me blankly. I didn’t say anything for a sec. Then she abruptly told me the new total as if she was getting impatient and waiting on me to put my card in. Like how am I supposed to know you’re ready for my card when I just added something to my order and you’re not speaking? I’m not usually one to pay much mind to those kind of interactions. But it was just so representative of the whole experience there and the rest of the staff.
It was confusing going in there. I just don’t understand how they are so far below standard compared to every other chipotle I’ve been to. Does corporate not inspect regularly? Chipotles are usually quite nice all around. So I can only assume corporate has standards that they consistently enforce. So how does a single chipotle end up like this one? Who’s letting...
