Between the waitress not listening and the food being blah, Definitely wasn’t the best experience. Where do I begin.... ordered Steak and shrimp. The ribeye taste like Salisbury steak, yuck and the shrimp didn’t even arrive w our meal. We had to ask several times for the shrimp and when it finally was brought to us, it was 5 tiny, yes tiny little shrimps in a bowl and to make it worse, they were cold. We had ordered a beer w the appetizer that didn’t come until close the end of the meal. So when she asked him if he wanted another one, he said no thank you. My daughter had chicken crisper and the ranch tasted strange like it was left out or mixed w something, so we told our waitress who took forever again and brought a different ranch and said she got that from another part of the restaurant, which was just as bad. Then we had to ask 3 times for our desserts that also NEVER arrived to just be put into to go boxes because we were tired of waiting, they still didn’t come. On the 4th time we asked she went to a different table in which our desserts had been delivered to, and retrieved them from there and brought them to us....hmmm GROSS! Oh then after she brought the desserts she brought another beer, when we were clearly aggravated and wanting to leave. As I was telling her we were leaving, she walked away and still charged us for the 2nd beer. I paid $108 for the worst food and service. Very disappointed. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because the egg rolls and chips and guacamole were the best part of the meal. And the checkin staff in the front were nice. Other than...

Worst service from the wait staff I've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I came in for dinner and it took almost 15min before we were even greeted buy our waitress. After we ordered our food it took a little longer than expected my girlfriend's food was very hot but mine was extremely cold. When I say cold I mean it had completely cooled to Room Temperature! Our waitress was no where to be found. We had to wave another waitress down who almost refused to help us but agreed to find our waitress but she never came. Finally after another waitress was flagged down she did offer to help she took my plate back to the kitchen and emphasized they would make it again and not just heat it up. We then realized that our waitress was hovering over a specific table where her friends or family were dining having a social conversation. She then came to the table and was obviously briefed on what happened and explained that she would go check on the order. After about 20-30 min we found her socializing with her friends at the other table when my girlfriend had to yell "excuse me" just to get her attention she then gave us this "OMG I'm sorry I forgot" look. As where I just told her to cancel the order and give us the check. This is the point where an actual manager stepped in by the name of Manny. I hate to leave only 2 stars because the food was amazing, but our server was amazingly ridiculous. When we got our food, I mentioned that my spicy shrimp tacos were missing the avocado. The waiter said he was going to go take care of another table's drink real quick and be back. More than 10 minutes later and after my husband was done with his food (and after the waiter had been back to the other table four times), another waitress stopped to ask if we needed refills, and my husband mentioned we were waiting on avocado, and brought the refills and avocado. A few minutes after she brought it, our waiter came back and said "I asked them in the kitchen about the avocado and actually it doesn't come with avocado. It's a dollar extra." I couldn't stop the snark. "Actually, look at thr menu. It does come with avocado. It's in the description." By the time I was done, I was mostly over it and I was going to let it go, but then he asked if we needed a bag. We said yes. A few minutes later, another waitress came and bagged our stuff. I've been a server, and I was going to leave him his 15% tip anyway, but after that final snub, I said forget it. Instead of the $10 standard tip we always leave (unless the 15% warrants more) and instead of the $8 tip the 15% warranted, I left $5.
