We came in to eat about 1 in the morning thinking we could eat and not worry about having to wait on getting a table or service. No waiting to get in was a good start. Our server handed us our menu and asked for our drink order and left. We waited over ten minutes for her to come back. She dropped off our drinks with no straws and minus one drink. She went to take orders from other customers and cash a customer out. She finally came back 10 minutes later with wet straws and went back to get dry ones. She finally returned with 2 plates and that was all. We didn't get salt no pepper no utensils no ketchup no pancakes no syrup no toast no nothing. She goes to talk to another individual goes and checks on other customers again. She sees me flagging her down and then tells me they had no lemons and I told her we still had no straws. She finally brings the straws but forgets the rest of the food and everything else that comes with what we ordered. So she goes back in helps others and cashes out more customers. She finally sees that my boyfriend was eating his food with a knife and finally brings utensils but by that time he was already just about done with this food. I sat there not able to eat because I didn't have everything I needed so I could start eating. By this time I was done and she kept trying to bring stuff out but it was already too late. She forgot my boyfriend's pancakes which were sitting up on the counter but at this point I told her I was done and we were ready to leave. She asked if I want to speak to the manager I just told her I wanted to leave but the manager did come and speak with me. I did not yell or scream or throw a fit but I did tell her how everything went down and she still charged us for food that he ate with a knife but she did not charge me for my meal. While everything was going on she was handling food and handling money handling dirty dishes off another table and the entire time she did not wash her hands or sanitize them one bit. I understand you are busy but you need to always stop and wash your hands...
Read morePositive words to this establishment!! Hurray, I had a very pleasant experience while my follow up dine inn. I understand that people can have bad days, but that doesn't make it ok. In this case I reached out to the Manager Celest and informed her of my previous visit and the horrible experience I had. First of all I had to say very little of what had happen due to the fact that they read their reviews on a daily morning. Which actually makes me feel so HAPPY because that shows that they care about the establishment's feed back. She apologized so much and asked to have my husband and I meals replaced. That was not my intension, if I go out to eat its because I have money for my meal but also hope to get Great service. At our dine in the staff was amazing, fast, attentive and very friendly. The food was amazing as it had always been, which made me very happy because I Love this place I'm a big breakfast girl, so my go to is my Denny's. I once again forgot to get the waiters name I apologize for that ma'am. From my previous visit we had had an experience, but let me say it takes someone mature, intelligent, and honest to admit to their faults or mistakes. This waiter smiled like nothing had happen made sure we didn't miss anything and was very attentive to us. Right before we ended our meal she came up asked if we needed anything else and continued to apologize for the other night. I am no one to put anyone down or not take the apology. I accepted and took that in heart because now a days people would rather swallow their pride that ever admit to their mistakes. Once again Denny's you have surprised me. To This African American Waiter HIPP HIPP HURRAY you are AMAZING and GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Thank you for making things great. Like always I will continue my Saturday morning visits, and my late friendship gathering at this establishment. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

Read moreSTAY AWAY.. On 5/10/24 two friends and I visited this restaurant at ingram / 410 for dinner. What a mistake. When we selected and sat at the best table to conveniently monitor my vehicle while eating (many vehicle burglaries in the area), I realized the hanging overhead LED lights were extremely bright. As a skin cancer survivor suffering from a migraine, I reached up (4 inches above my head) to the lighting fixture to remove the brightest LED 5K bulb that was blinding me and causing me discomfort. The manager named Celeste came to our table and told me in a very rude manner "sir, don't do that again" and asked for the bulb and began to re-install it. I told Celeste very politely not to re-install it because it was too bright for me. She instead reached into a bag of bulbs that she was carrying with her and installed an even brighter bulb. Again, politely, I asked her to remove it. She refused and rudly offered another table. I explained we chose this booth next to the window to monitor my vehicle due to all the break-ins in the area. She challenged me, rudely again and said "it's been a long time since we had a break in." I asked her, "when was the last time you looked at the local area police blotter". In her rudest voice, she said "sir, you can move". I looked at my friends and we agreed that based on Celests attitude, for safety of our health, It wouldn't be a great idea to consume food from a restraunt with an out of control manager. So we went to the next closest Dennys. As I am writing this review, I realize we made a great decision. This Navy Veteran is being treated with dignity at the culebra 410 location. I hope Celeste's Dennys supervisor is reading this, and counsels her how to treat people's needs in the future. It was approximately 9:45 pm. Check...
