I ordered a pizza, 32 piece Parmesan Bites, Lava Cakes and a Coke online at noon. The tracker said 25 minutes for delivery. At 1:00pm the tracker said the order had been delivered....but I had no food. So I called the store.
First off, the man who picked up answered with dead silence for 5 seconds, followed by "HELLO?". I explained that my order was showing as delivered, but we had not received our food. He replied by saying that the tracker doesn't know how many orders are in line at the store. I advised him that the confirmation e-mail also said 25 minutes, and he said the confirmation e-mail doesn't know about the number of orders at the store either. He then proceeded to tell me that Top Golf had ordered 30 pizzas right before us, and that our order would be another 25-30 minutes. Keep in mind we had already waited more than an hour.
I asked him if it truly takes 90 minutes to make one pizza, one order of parmesan bites, one order of lava cakes, and grab a soda from the cooler. He responded that it takes longer than 2 minutes to make 30 pizzas. So I said "okay, so you're saying we got bumped to the side for a bigger order?" He advised me that they only had 2 people working.
Finally I asked him what he could do for me, since we already waited an hour and how he was telling me it would potentially be another half hour. His response was "well unless you want to come in and help us make the pizzas, there's nothing I can do for you". I asked to speak with a manager, and lo and behold.... "I am the manager." At this point I asked him to cancel our order, and magically he disappeared, and the general manager came on the line. He explained that he couldn't cancel our order, because the driver was already en route to deliver our food. Interesting, since the "manager" had said 25-30 minutes.
In any case, we did get our food shortly thereafter, and it was fresh and good. But I sure wish we hadn't tipped ahead of time. I would not recommend this location in any way, shape or form, and Domino's should be ashamed that this is the type of customer service that is being projected from one of...
Read moreThis place has messed up several of my orders my most recent one was a delivery, after just shy of 2 hours of my order not showing up I called them only to see the delivery driver driving back to the store instead of dropping off my order, he was at the corner of my apts when he went back to the store. Then he marked the order as delivered. While on the phone with them they said he was in an accident, okay understandable but why mark it as delivered, why not call ME instead of me having to call the store and tell me what happened? They said they could re deliver it but it would be 1.5-2 hours before they could get another driver out (well past their closing time and 4 hours after I ordered) I said no I'll come to the store and get it, and to please remake the order since it has now been 2 hours since it was made the girl on the phone said absolutely well remake it for you it should be ready by the time you arrive. I show up to the store, and they attempt to give me the original order. I asked if this was the remade order and the guy said no I'll remake it right now and you can have the original one too. I said thank you and asked if he could bring it out to my car because I had to bring my dog with me because it's late and I don't want her barking in the apartment. Only for him to bring out the original order AGAIN reheated and I could tell it was reheated and the original order because all the edges of everything were burnt. I received no discount, no apologies, nothing. So not only did I not get to eat until 3 hours after I ordered I had to load up my dog and drive all the way there and still pay full price for a 3 hour old pizza and side that I ordered. Read moreI ordered dominos for my family on 9-21-24 around 5:30ish for delivery. We tracked our food using the app which ended up saying delivered but yet we had not received our food so I thought maybe it got marked as delivered since the driver may have been close to our home so I waited about 10 minutes or so before calling the store to see where my food was where they then tell me the driver is still close to our area and to please give more time so I wait another 10-15 minutes and still no food so I can the store back which they then ask if I’d like them to remake my order and I tell them yes a few moments later the driver arrives so I call the store back so they don’t have to remake my order after the driver approaches me with my food I realize half of our order is missing we ask the driver if he can please take it back and bring us back all of our food together fresh when the driver ask if we can just wait for the rest of our food to be delivered later and we say no I call the store back to let them know we are missing half our order and the driver is on his way back it’s already over an hour since the driver had left my home from the time we placed our order to the time we got all our food it had taken two and a half hours almost three hours and when receiving our food it was cold dominos is usually great but the location we got from...
