Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

I Mean, I hate writing a bad review but here I am. I felt compelled to complain about it. I like Domino's but My Order from yesterday was just burnt and dry the only thing that Tasted good in my order were the Bread bites. I mean I like Dominos and have had Good Pizza from the Chain but maybe its just this Location, I've hadn't ordered from Dominos in awhile and Now I remembered why. Yesterday I was waiting in the Location for Carry Out I ordered on line when I showed up about 15 mins later to pick up they still hadn't even prepared my order, So I said its alright I can wait, so I did and they took forever to get my pizza going, while waiting a few other customers showed up and the same thing, Finally one customer came in a rage asking wth is taking too long? Turned out it was understaffed and only one guy doing everything. I felt bad for him so I didn't want to add fuel to the fire, He was having a bad day we all those days, So we waited and waited and while the other employees finally showed up to help the guy things started to get back on track. Ok so a good 15 mins go by and finally our pizzas are ready to take home. Get home opened the box and welp, I was just disappointed burnt dry pizza. I don't know if its the Staff or just the Location is Cursed or something because I've never had a good tasting pizza from that location. They need to step up their game, hire people who actually want to work maybe incentivize staff with better wages a raise or something I don't know, but everybody looked like they were ready to walk off the Job, and maybe it's a Toxic work environment I don't know wth is going on at the Location but the staff looked like they were physically but not all there Mentally. All I can do is just let other people know my Personal experience from that location, I hope they get it together so maybe one day I'll go back, but until then I'll stick to Rays or...

This store totally did the switch and bate scheme on me. I ordered from their $6.99 mix and max menu, a minimum of two orders, and I ordered to medium pizzas, two toppings, and I tried there loaded tots too. I was charged for 1 media pizza with 2 toppings at $12.99 + the loaded tots I received with burned so bad they were totally BLACK. I contacted this so-called General Mgr, and all she wanted to do is argue over the matter. She not offer to pick up the bad order, nor did she offer to replace the order. I was not seeking a refund, I only wanted the order to be right. But, the GM was more interested in telling me to file a formal complaint, and REFUSED to give me her Regional Mgr name and phone number to file a complaint. I am so angry that they could not get the order right, and this so called GM is sitting there making probably somewhere around $50k per year, and her customer service skillset is totally non-existent!!! This country's customer service skillset has become close to 0. No wonder people buy product from another country! Their "switch and bate" scheme cost me $38 dollars, which is nowhere near what I ordered. I plan on filing a dispute on this credit card charge definitely!

If I could give them ZERO Stars that would be too many! Placed order at 8:13pm on Sat Jan 2nd. Bad enough that estimated wait time was 99 minutes but due to Alamo bowl, I would tolerate. Was in hotel with family waiting on pizza. Started calling store around 9pm to get recording that they were not available & to check the status of my order online. Went online to see that since 8:14 the status reflected that pizza was being made. At 10pm started tweeting corporate with no response there either! At 11:00 pm gave up getting a response from Dominos and went to bed. 11:15pm got call from District manager stating they had lost power and if I still wanted the pizza! A little empathy would have gone a LONG WAY!!!! None there and offering to give me a free pizza was an insult! in a competitive industry such as yours service is the ONLY DIFFERENCE! It 's Monday as I write this and corporate said they'd make it right yesterday but still waiting!! Great first experience with Dominos online...NOT! I'd recommend going somewhere else where the place actually communicates with...
