We always go to this location and my kids enjoy jamba. Today I ordered a chunky strawberry bowl, which I've had in the past and never had a problem. When I walked in a gentlemen came out with his cell phone on his hand. He did not ask what I needed help with stays quiet. So I tell him I have a mobile order and I give him my name . He turns to the screen and walks away to start making it. Didn't bother to say it wasn't ready. Never let go of his phone and using the other to make my bowl. Until he has to cut the fruit gladley decides to put the phone down and puts on the gloves . He finishes the bowl with his cell phone again on his other hand. He comes over hands me the bowl. I left and went home to enjoy my bowl. I've had this bowl many times some of the ingredients consist of peanut butter and non fat Greek yogurt. My bowl tasted plain and no peanut butter. The consistency on the mixed ingredients should be as of a smoothie. There was frozen chunks obviously not blended well. I'm pretty upset , these bowls cost $11 which I still pay because they are filling and tasteful. Clearly this gentleman was too busy on his phone and didn't pay attention in adding all ingredients to my bowl. So upsetting! I was the only person in the store and it's not as if they were busy....

I ordered some smoothies from this location and went straight home, like Iāve done every time in the past. The first smoothie tasted like it was spoiled. I went to get the other one out of my refrigerator, which is set at 34*, and it was actively bubbling. Itās not a carbonated beverage. I tasted but did not drink it. Either the juice was fermented or the fruit was spoiled. About an hour and a half after drinking the first one I got really nauseous and got a bad headache, that lasted into the next day. I used the app to let them know about this. I wasnāt asking for anything back or anything for free. I just wanted them to know, so that no one else would get sick. On April 14th, I visited the Alamo Ranch location and had placed a mobile order for two Orange Carrot Twists. Upon arrival, the drinks were already prepared; however, I was informed by a staff member that they had no carrots and had made the drinks without them ā essentially serving just orange juice. Iām confused as to why the drinks were made, knowing they did not match what I had ordered. Additionally, no alternative options were offered in place of the Orange Carrot Twists.
