Jason's Deli has a very clean presentation from the time your parked at their restaurant. When you walk in, the floor is always cleaned from end to end of the restaurant. The countertops and the tables are kept very clean by the staff that maintain a constant vigil to keep everything picked up. The wait staff and counter help do an excellent job. My soup and a half manager special was excellent. I ordered the Reuben half sandwich and so did everybody at my table. We all ordered a salad using the checklist that they give you when you place your order. When they brought the salad to the table, the three of us they did an excellent job in the presentation and quantity of the food. They also brought a nice amount of dressing in a sealed plastic container that was more than enough to put on the salad They weren't stingy about anything in there choice of how to stack the salad or make the sandwich. I feel like I got my money's worth and was glad that I ate there, once again. And the salad was all fresh and how I had it selected and what they brought to me was flavorful and absolutely not one thing to complain about. I highly recommend this location and plan to be back there shortly for another round of excellent food. The manager and staff on duty walked around and we're making sure that everybody was happy with their food and their experience at the restaurant. At this time during the pandemic I also have to give kudos for everyone wearing their masks properly who were staff. They also had dispensers that were not empty of hand sanitizer. And everything was handled in a very sterile and clean manner. The temperature of the restaurant was very pleasant, and you could see that everybody on staff was working well and...
Read moreWorst Jason’s Deli by far. Wife has gluten allergy, we frequent Jason’s Deli for their gluten free options. My wife asked about the new salad and if the salad dressing was also gluten free and the cashier asked and came back and stated the jalapeño dressing wasn’t gluten free because of the Mayo. When asked why it’s on the gluten menu they couldn’t answer. They gave us the raised arm “I don’t get paid enough to care look”. Wife decided to order the BBQ baked potato instead to be safe. When our food was brought to us, her potato was piping hot. After 10 minutes watching us eat because it was so hot she tried to take a bite and burned her mouth. It was so hot the plastic fork began melting. After 15 minutes and still too hot to eat I took it up and asked for the manager. When he arrived I expressed my distaste and shows him the melted fork. He seemed uninterested in the fact my wife had to sit there and watch us eat and be in tears from her mouth burn. So, I stated she would even be eating this if you me If the menu were correct. He asked what I was talking about and when I told him he states in a snarky voice “all our dressings are gluten free”. I asked him why all the employees don’t understand that? He said he thought they did. He ended up refunding me for the potato meal. Whatever. Taking the wife to doctor because she has skin peeling off the roof of her mouth now. If a company can’t be somewhat apologetic and hold themselves accountable for their own negligence, there is a legal process that will. If you have a gluten allergy, stay away from this...
Read moreThird time in just a few months that their gift cards were not being accepted due to the fact their internet was down (Yet they could still accept online orders and credit cards). I really would like to get rid of my gift cards and not being expected to pay more out of pocket everytime I go! The "manager" Brandon was very good at taking their issue and making it my issue! No sympathy at all! We really should have walked out with his rude and unprofessional "I don't care" attitude. He was even so kind to take a jab at me within earshot to what turned out to be the other "manager" that was next to him working the line. Speaking of that manager, walking around with your pants sagging below your butt is just unprofessional at any level, but as a manager? You are setting such high standards for your restaurant as well as a professional role model to your employees. All of the rest of the employees were working hard and professionally. I'm sure they understand the importance of health safety too unlike this manager. You can't work a food line with a single blue glove on your right hand and no glove on your left hand, walk onto the floor and grab some dirty plates and pick up a wet floor sign only to return to the line with the same glove. That is disgusting! If these two guys are what are representing your company, values and standards, you may need to look into this. Arrogance doesn't rub me quite the right way! Treat me with respect, and respect shall...
