Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Today my family and I decided to try out Marco's Pizza. First of all I want to say we liked it. Delicious food. Pizza was good. The wings are better then wings stop. The only bad thing is communication between the workers. So my family and I decided to get a XL pepperoni pizza, calzones and 10 hot wings. The cashier Od told us it'll be about 25 minutes. My husband and daughter decided to wait in the car. While my son and I waited inside the restaurant. As time pass I saw orders getting put on the racks. Customers coming in and out with their orders. My son noticed an order on the rack for a while. But we didn't think is was our since the cashier have not called out my name. My son and I waited almost 50 minutes when we finally decided to ask how much longer for our order the cashier check the rack where they have all the orders and found our. Is was the order that been sitting there a while. I ask if the Pizza was cold since is been sitting there. She laughed and said "I don't think so" I put my order on the table to double check. I'm glad I did. My wings had no hotsauce. They were plain. I told them and they added the hot sauce. The pizza wasn't hot anymore but was ok warm. I decided not to say anything anymore just take the food home and warm it all up in the oven for a few minutes. I think they should call out the names of the orders that are ready so the cashier and customers can be aware if their order are ready. My order...

Honestly I’m disgusted on how people treat homeless. Literally came to Marco’s pizza and ordered food once I got the food I noticed the same guy there so I wanted to buy him something small and I asked the lady and she literally told me no but yet you took our money for our food make it make sense. I’m disgusted by the way the lady was and how she treats a human being like that. Tried this place after being tired of ordering Dominos, pizza hut and little casesars. Wish I would've taken before and after pictures. Ordered the large Philly Pizza and medium pepperoni for the kids. First off just looking at them, your mouth could start drooling. Both pies were devoured in 30 minutes. Crust was perfectly cooked and crispy, cheese was melty and rich in flavor, meats were delightfully chunky and you can tell they use Grade A meat. Best crust I've ever had on a pizza. Not one of us felt a need for ranch sauce. Thank you to everyone at this location for such excellent service and food. You made a new customer . Can't wait to return and eventually devour...
