Male manager supposedly the gm (doesnât act like one), is denying a refund for an order they transferred somehow through DoorDash when the original order was placed on the actual Marcos website. They told me they transferred the order due to no drivers being available. However, once the order never arrived and we kept trying to call back we got no help because they were closing 30 minutes early. Still no order was received but they said it was delivered through a third party. Called back next day to speak to the manager who kept talking over me and proceeded to say âI needed to stop talking if I wanted his helpâ and proceeded to hang up with me When I asked what his problem was. Left multiple messages and when I got back in contact with him he proceeded to curse at me for the order and say âitâs not his fault he didnât have drivers availableâ. I will update once the issue is resolved but not only are they thrives but lazy. If you simply canât process a refund for an order which never arrived due to yâallâs lack of staffing and for your manager being incompetent then maybe you donât need a job or need an evaluation on yâallâs service.    Read moreThis is simply beyond ridiculous and so stupid that i am having a hard time writing this review! All the staff including manager is either drunk or drug addict!!! I am serious and if you donât believe me then please find out by ordering a pizza and they will give you some stupid reason or tell you your address is not correct!! I live on the street where other people live too! Itâs not like a made up street name or digits. Marcos team indicated that, my address i gave them is where they went!! Are you serious guys đ¤Łđ¤Łđ¤Ł I called them many times and they said we left your pizza at the front door. Then they said, someone answered the door and they said we didnât order pizza!! This is what I being told by the manager!! I repeatedly told them my address and they keep saying that thatâs not a correct address!! By the way, this is not the 1st time they did something like that. My 11 year old just wanted a pizza so I ordered even knowing, i may not get the order!! So sad and stupid this people whoâve been doing to people like me and may be so many families.

   Read moreI ordered pick up and the confirmation email lets me know that it will be ready at 10:15. I get there at 10:15 and tell the guy at the register my name and he looks confused but finds my order. Come to find out my pizza was never even made. So the Hispanic MANAGER comes out acting like heâs trying to fix something and did absolutely nothing but notice something wrong with there system. So I realize that they are making my pizza in front of me so i go back outside and sit in my car and wait another 20 min for it to be ready. When i come back in the Hispanic MANAGER looks at me and says âits almost readyâ when its ready i go to the register he tells me my total and i ask him â same price even though you guys are 20 min late on my pizzaâ and goes â yesâ with a smirk on his face.
