Update: 12 Oct 2022 I forgot I came here 10 Months ago! The situation is almost the same! After paying for my food in the drive through I checked my order and a knife/utensil was not included to spread the condiments that I asked for on the side! No problem! However as I waited in the drive through no one would come back to the window to see why I hadn’t driven off. I waited a bit then began honking my horn! No one would come! Then there was an employee by the window so I honked more and he refused to respond/open window! After all of that I discovered after arriving at my next destination the employee also didn’t include ketchup! How do you work at a fast food restaurant and not ask the customer if they want condiments/ketchup and if they have everything; settling all of that before they leave? I don’t understand where they find these people with NO COMMON SENSE or LIFE SKILLS! You don’t even need training to do that bit! The McDonald’s employees here must struggle just putting their clothes on and making it out the door in the morning! Plain an simple this is just a POOR SERVICE MCDONALD’S with almost no native born Americans working there! I had a convo with the manager letting her know that they needed to employ American standards as they are serving Americans and she accused me of being racist! She’s throwing that word around and has no clue as to what it means! Since she wants to go there look at the names of the people on this site that got bad service, names like Clint, Robert and Cindy! I think that alone speaks volumes!

Read moreI've already had 2 problems in less than a month. The first time I spoke to a morning manager about a breakfast order and she was going to give us the whole order all over again due to some of the items being incorrect, which I appreciate. The second time, which was today 6/22/2020 at 10:22 pm I did a mobile order online went through the drive thru and pulled up to the first window like they asked. The first question the guy asked me was if I paid for the item, obviously the receipt should say it was paid for. 5 minutes passed and they asked if I could park at the orange cone with the white strip, and so I did. I'm waiting for a good 10 minutes and the car behind me got their order and the employee came up to me and asked if I was just parked there just cause or..? I told him I've been waiting for my order for quite some time. I pulled out my receipt and showed it to him he apologized and went to go get my order. I got home and 2 of the nuggets were raw on the outside. The fries were not fresh, and I asked for buffalo and honey mustard but got ranch instead. And I see the workers through my side mirror just hanging out at the drive thru talking to each other. Honestly not sure if I ever want to go to this mcdonalds again, next time I'll just go to the one thats 3 miles...

I was very upset due to poor customer service i worked for ronald mcdonald for a whole year so i know unprofessionalism there when i see it. she should be fired she made my son feel very bad on his birthday i’m disgusted.. i see why they are rated at 3 stars they don’t even much deserve that. i wish i could give negative starts or something i most definitely will not be returning to that location...
