U get what u pay for? Or is it false hope to have a good experience at any McDonald's? First, this McDonald's offers no military discount when in certain more than half its revenue comes from military. At any rate, make my order, pay, and upon getting my order I am told there is only one of the two apple pies I ordered in the bag as they only had one. Let's pause a second. If you guys would drop them after we pay, it would significantly decrease our wait time of 10-12 minutes for them so you can cook them. Back to the fun, the employee offers me a peach or something. I declined and said I would prefer a refund if they were not cooking. So I wait and the manager brings the receipt for me to sign. I'm assuming I have one pie until I look at the one given to me which stated "use by 1:19pm". I like those stickers. Especially since it was 5:45pm. I then told the manager I would like to wait on pies as I was told I was given one but when I looked at the been expired for over four hour pie I noticed it had completely dried up. So I offered to pay and the manager says don't worry about it. He said it will take 10-12 minutes and I pulled behind sign #1 at 5:50pm. At 6:12pm I go inside as I have watched a vehicle pass by and they were enjoying what looked like a damn delicious apple pie and when I walk in the gentleman from the drive thru points at me and says "apple pies?" Lol. Then the greatest question of all, "you didn't get them?" Hmmm...did you bring them out!?!?! He goes to the back and brings me pies and I am ready to depart 27 minutes later for my 10-12 minute pies. You would think the manager would have brought them and apologized or something but nope...he doesn't have too...there is heroine in those damn pies and I will put up with all the crappy service to get my fix! But as I said, it is unrealistic to expect to have a great customer service experience at any McDonald's...or it...

One of the two entrances is locked and blocked by a trash can.
Entering the dining area, the whole place smells like the sewage drains haven't been flushed.
Three of the management team are in a booth pretending to review finances and joking about stuff that really could wait.
The shift manager is storming around upset because people are walking in and standing at the counter and register waiting to place orders, instead of using the kiosk. There isn't even a cashier. He's complaining that he doesn't have time to help them because there are too many Doordash orders.
The soda fountain is turned off and there are no napkins, straws, or condiments on the customer side of the counter.
The restrooms have doors and are locked, so the attention of an employee had to be gotten to be able to get the key. The restrooms still looked like hot garbage even though access is restricted.
The food came and only the fries were hot, which is the the exact opposite of what you expect from McDonald's. Usually that is the one thing that is never hot.
Clearly this location did not get the memo that social distancing restrictions for coronavirus-19 and all variants were lifted well over a year or more ago.
This location also doesn't offer a first responders and military discount, and for some reason doesn't allow curbside orders during certain hours; you have to place the mobile order and go through the drivethrough to get it.
Now, maybe some of this is because the homeless population living in the woods and under the bridges at 1604/Potranco were destroying the business, but caring more about Doordash than the customers is a purely profit-driven motive. Not offering discounts is a franchise location owner decision.
Just go a few more miles up the road to 1604/Marbach, or...
Read more9 June 22 - They dropped the ball today. I ordered on the app to take advantage of a Deal that they were advertising, and pulled up to the curbside delivery spot. It said that my order should be out within about 5 minutes, but it was more like 15. I would not have minded bcuz I figured that since I ordered a QP w/ Cheese Deluxe they were making it fresh, which was fine with me. However, I think that my medium French fries were prepared and put in the bag WAY before my burger was cooked, bcuz I started eating them right away but they were VERY cold!!!
Also, this is not that particular location's fault, but the App has some annoying drawbacks that REALLY need to be fixed. First of all, there needs to be an option when customizing your drink to ask for LIGHT ice. Also there should be an option when customizing your French fries to ask to have them fried longer so that they are EXTRA CRISPY. In order to get the Deal that I ordered, I had to order in the App, but when I can't get my drink with light ice and my fries extra crispy, it makes me want to go to Whataburger or Jack-in-the-Box instead!!!!
Just what I needed. I missed breakfast and didn't have time for lunch so I stopped and ordered from the app, they brought my food out and I headed out to go stand in line to...
