McDonald's — Restaurant in San Antonio

FOOD: The Mcnuggets were decent, but they seemed not as fresh as other McDonalds.

The picsnte dipping sauce was not in a dipping container like the other sauces are. It came in squeezable packets. Why not find a company that has the dipping packet of picante sauce?

The Coke tasted like they set the dispenser to give more water than Coke.

The fries were on the verge of having Bern sitting too long.

SERVICE: The kiosk to order had a selection to order without logging in. I chose that option.

I was able to get and fries to come up and become part of my order. I hot the chicken Mcnuggets to come up, but it would never let me add them to my order. I tried 4 times and then canceled my order. I went to the register to order.

The girl at the register was not on the ball. *She never fave ne a drink cup. The girl handing me my order said, "You got a drink cup, right?" I said no ma'am. She looked shocked

*The cashier never asked if I needed any ketchup for my fries. The ketchup dispenser at the drink counter is shut off. Why have a ketchup dispenser that you don't want customers to use? She never asked me if my order was for here or to-go. Of course, they made it to go, and I dined in. They wasted a bag. Yes, that cost the company. Had zzi wanted it go, the girl who bagged the order didn't include napkins.

ATMOSPHERE;

It was sad to see that the 50' s themed McDonald's that people loved had been fone away with. *The place was clean but too dark. *The air-conditioning must have been set o 50. It was freezing. Yes, it gets jot outside and in the kitchen, but customers don't want icicles on their noses. *The homeless need to be eradicated. Yes, I'm compassionate about people who fall on hard times, but they gotta quit loitering and hit the pavement in search of employment I would not come to this location after dark, especially if I was a woman. *The female manager needs to stop barking at her kitchen help. We as customers don't need to hear her loudness.

There are lots of McDonalds in San Antonio that are more pleasing.

The survey menu asks what one would recommend in terms of food. Not all food...

By far the worst experience at a McDonalds! Placed my order at 12:04 pm on a Friday at the druve through. Paid, got my food order and was told to pull up to tue front and wait for drinks.Ok, fine, it's lunch hour, they're busy, it's understandable. Waited some 5 minutes then a lady came out to tell me that they ran out of ice tea and it will be a few more minutes before it's available; offered me different drinks, I declined saying I can wait a few minutes. After waiting 15 plus minutes no one came out to bring the drinks or to update me on a wait time or anything. I tried calling their number, it was a busy signal. Since the dinning room was closed due to pandemic, I had to drive back through their drive through again and wait. By then all the food was already cold and I brought it to their attention only to be told to pull up again and they would bring me my drinks only. They brought out 2 drinks and when I told them I'm missing another drink they responded in a rude way telling me I already got my drinks. I showed her the receipt that showed 3 ordered; only then they gave me the 3rd drink. If this was just my order I would not even care about the drink and would have left after 5 minutes of waiting; but I had 3 meals that I went to pick up for others who were waiting on their lunch. I have worked in food industry myself and understand how busy lunch hour gets, but I feel that it is definetly unacceptable to have to wait that long(40 minutes total)for "fast food" and be given attitude on top of it. Needless to say, food was cold and nasty by the time it finally made...

Very Bad service . Girl in drive through was super rude and inefficient customer service. No dine in. The Girl taking orders was giving us a hard time for placing separate orders. She kept asking repeatedly what did you want to order , and when I would ask her to repeat the order she would stay quiet like for 1 minute. I told her I needed separate orders because there was no dine in, and she never placed my 3rd order. At that point I gave up on her I said just let me go to the window and we'll figure it out, and she still didn't get it right when I got to window to pay. At pick no up window . Then they only gave me 1 order .I had to remind employees we had 2n separate orders.Some cars were leaving because they were So sloooow. They weren't apologetic, no empathy or willingness to help. No apologies for long wait or awknowlogement of themess ups. Don't go there!worst McDonald's I have been to. On san Pedro close to North Star Mall. The only reason I went there is because the one by my house was closed for repairs due to vandalism. Back up and running now . Will never recommend to anyone. These complaints need.to be reported to McDonald's corporate they have so many complaints for employees rude behavior they need an attitude check or customer service...
