Wouldn’t recommend to bring your friends from out of town.... went in with my friends and my service dog and immediately upon entering we got flagged for our ID’s and physical documentation for my dog. We didn’t mind handing over our ID’s for our age but the documentation for my service dog was pressed and I showed proof and I was shot down as a fake and turned away. When I offered to show the written letter by my psychologist for my ptsd and social anxiety and how it’s required for me to have my dog with me at all times, he pressured me and assured me that I had to have physical documentation and not just photos of the physical document on my phone.
