Honestly walking into P.Terrys I did not know what to expect. I walked through the doors to the wonderful aroma of beef cooking on the grill. Sending the hairs on the back my neck to a fully erect state. I waited in line, mouth watering, stomach rumbling as I patiently waited. I finally reached the front of the line where I made my order. “A number three, Double Cheeseburger with All-Natural Bacon, Jalapeños, and grilled onions.” Please I said, “and a large Lemonade.” As I watched the staff commence into action, they began to orchestrate the most wonderful master piece of a burger I had seen to date. Cheese melting over the sides, beef dripping in juice, fresh Idaho Burbank potato fries delicately wrapped in an old school paper bundle nostalgic of the restaurant’s old-fashioned diner experience. I was ready. I finally heard my order number called and I leapt from my seat with the vigor of an Olympian finally receiving their gold medal and brought my tray to my table. I began unpacking the burger hands trembling in excitement as I then lifted it to my mouth for the first bite. BOOM. An eruption of pure all natural black angus beef, melted American Cheese, crunchy lettuce, sweet grilled onions, spicy jalapeño and bacon entered my body. Sending my soul to a new state of consciousness nothing short of …mid. Average, cheap, and indicative of the fast food chain that it is. While the rest of my time spent at P.Terry’s was used typing this message, I can only wonder. Will i ever taste a burger that stands the test of time? Maybe some day, but it won’t be a P.Terrys. I’d like to thank the staff for being kind, and generously serving me in a timely manner.
In conclusion I will not be returning to P.Terrys.
I would rate the burger a generous 5/10
Their fries 1/10 they lacked both volume, taste, and texture.
Their lemonade 3/10 as it tasted like water with a lemon...
Read moreSo we decided to check out this location after a long day of hard work. We ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger, double cheeseburger, cheeseburger, 24 nuggets, 3 fries, 2 fountain drinks, and 2 shakes. While looking at the order I thought the cost of it would of been similar to the likes of Whataburger but it was actually way cheaper! I do enjoy my Whataburger from time to time but the cost of it sometimes doesn't justify it. The burger in this place was just amazing!! The burger was made to order and had some great flavor and was pretty damn juicy. I was honestly just impressed by it, especially with the cost of it. The fries are very good as well. I would say they are like Five Guys but thinner and more crispy. The nuggets were different in a good way. More dense than nuggets from most major fast food joints but again the cost was amazing. We thought the general experience with the food was so good that we actually went back again the same week. From the quality of the food and the cost this will be my new spot when I'm tired and wanting some delicious food. I will be coming back in about 20 mins from writing this review because its making me want some more! If you're ever in the area you gotta...
Read moreMe and my family enjoyed the food. The burgers we very good but the special sauce needs to be a little thicker and put on top of the burger not the bottom it did have much flavor from the sauce it leaked into the burger bun. The french fries were very good. They need to spend more time in condement area it didn't have all the lid sizes and no ketup out their. They did have the tables clean all the time no one came out to clean while we waited for our food. Ib the back watching them cook the food the manger would go talk to the cook the cashier but he did look at what was going on out where the people were eating. They are a new store it just one not too long ago. It was a little unorganized. They let our food sit for a short time before they got all the food out to us. We like the food but hope they get better mangent and can direct the people in the back a lot of the people were new to fast food industry. We will go back to eat again but I just hope they can get better in time. I think it all comes down to...
