Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

Tuesday Feb 11th 2025 So Heres my (RatchetExperience)at this particular KFC /Taco Bell Combination/of San Antnio,TX. So The Blak or Dominican Lady is Cool but She Doesnt Cook the Food. Its the Team Members in the Bak Behind Her who Do The Cooking. At 920pm iWent to open the door to the Diner & Theylocked the Door Extra Early. #1A good Restrant is only to Lock the Doors (15mins)Befor Closing a Diner but they lok it 40Mins Early/Thats To Early 920pm!! #2 i Asked to order a Chcken Breast & The drive thru Assoc said they only hav Wings No Thighs or Breast You no the Actual Good Meaty Parts of the Chicken. #3 So i Ask to order 3 BeanYCheese Taco Bell Burritos, Fine i get the Burritos Get bak to my Vehicel. & wen i Bite into 1 of my 3 Burritos. The Beens were Dry!! That Burrito pissed me off The Beans Dry!! All i no is Ppl & this Aint The Only Bad Restaurant But the Cooks & the Staff At this TacoBell KFC Combo All they Want is a Check$$//$$ We all ned $$ but if you Cant do Right by Cookin the Food Right Then Thers no Point for this Restaurant KFC/TacoBell To Stand For Businesss/ Cook the Damn Food & Cook it Right Not just Serve Little Wings After 9pm & Shut down the Diner 40Mins Early!!@ My Review & Comments Are My Real Experience at this San Antnio Tx....

The restaurant was very clean. I used the order kios and dined in. The kiosk was simple and easy to navigate.

I was taken-back by the prices. Regular soft or crunchy were $1.29 not too terribly long ago. Now, they're $1.89.

A medium soda is $2.69. That's insane.

Tomato used to be standard on the taco. Now it's a 45 cents upcharge. Insane.

My soft taco had very little meat, and I mean VERY LITTLE MEAT. It had ample lettuce to make up for the LACK OF MEAT. It was not hot, not even lukewarm !

I don't know who supplies the tortillas, but it is ULTRA THIN, nothing like they were not too long ago.

My $1 value cheesy rice & bean burrito had the same ULTRA THIN tortilla. It had a fair amount of beans, but VERY, VERY LITTLE rice. The rice grains were the size of sugar granuals. It didn't look like Spanish rice. The cheese looked funky; whitish, like watered down liquid cheese. It wasn't even lukewarm.

My crunchy taco had VERY LITTLE MEAT, ample lettuce, and a fair amount of shredded cheese. The shell was ULTRA THIN. DQ's crunchy taos blow the Bell regular taco away! Taco Cabana's are better as well. ONCE AGAIN, the taco was cold!

Very disappointed in the service at the drive thru. They asked if I was checking in via mobile for rewards, I said yes and proceeded to log in, received my 4 digit code and when I asked at the window, they said I was supposed to give them the code at the speaker. I received my order of six supreme tacos and they only gave me three hit taco packets, I asked the rudeboy at the window for more and he said that he couldn't give more because that was their policy. I asked to speak to a manager, who by the way just as rude, and she told me that I have to request extra packets, I informed her that I did, and she handed me three more packets and told me to have a good night as she literally closed the window on my face.. I left very upset 😡, only to realize that they had not given me my drinks. I paid well over 20 dollars for my 6 tacos and two drinks, I returned to the drive thru window and kindly asked for my drinks. She handed me the drinks I thanked her and she again closed the drive thru window without acknowledgement. Never again will I return back to the...
