05/10 around 5:15pm we pulled in and ordered. The barista repeated our order back wrong twice before getting it, but it's all good, I get it. Then, it took and I kid you not, 20 minutes for them to take care of the two cars in front of us and get us up to the window. We couldn't leave with how the drive through is set up so just waited our turn. When we pulled up the tall young man asked if we had an order that was not ours by any means. We told him no, and he asked what we ordered. We repeated what we had order twenty minutes ago now, he hit buttons on the computer in a very confused manner for a good 90 seconds of silence. Then he asked us what we would like to order. We were flabbergasted. We told him we would just got to another Starbucks as we had already wasted 20 minutes in line, our order was not ready, and seeing how long he took with the cars in front of us we knew it would be awhile.
