Let me start off by saying I have enjoyed BDub's wings over the years at multiple locations. However, this location should not be allowed to serve the public. A friend and I have visited this location only a handful of times, and the majority of the times were extremely lousy. We always go to watch our home team, Dem Spurs, and get some varietal flavors of wings. The wings generally are pretty on point. It's not the best, but damn good for the $$$. However, every single time we have visited, we have dealt with the same rude, grumpy, short in conversation, not caring, and overall terrible bartender. Multiple times, we walk in and go to sit at the bar, and before we sit down, we are barked at about something wrong with the establishment. Be that no draft beer, no sports games, or out of certain flavors of wings. This person not once in any of these occasions has apologized for the businesses short comings and acts like we are a nuisance to even be there. My friend and I are pretty easygoing, and we tend to give places another chance. We understand issues that are out of our control or the employees' control because it is a corporation. However, on this occasion, we came for a beer each and wings to go. Before we even sat down, we were abruptly told there were no draft beers in a stern voice with no apology or explanation. We shrugged it off because we could understand the frustration. However, we didn't understand why we were spoken to in that manner. We decided to get some mixed drinks while we waited for an order of 30 wings to go. Didn't think our order was too big or too complicated. After about 15 mins, the bar began to fill up with about 3-5 more people, and one of them happened to be a friend. He then placed his order of wings and drink along with the other patrons(all very similar, 1 drink, 1 plate of wings). About 10-15 more mins go by, and our order still hasn't been brought out. So, about 30 mins so far. At that 30 min mark for us, the orders for the patrons that sat down well after us began getting their food. So we sat there and talked with our friend until he finished all of the wings and still we hadn't received our togo order. So, at this point, it had been 45 mins patiently waiting with no explanation. The bartender then got their food and started eating at a side table without addressing us and the time we had been waiting. By then, we were thoroughly frustrated and asked the bartender to remove our order of wings and give us our drink tab. They proceeded to not apologize or even explain why it was taking so long and just said, "remove the togo wings?," like it was nothing, which we said yes. We paid for our drinks and left. Worst experience ever at a restaurant and will never be coming back.
Side note. The said bartender needs to take a class in customer service, and for the management, they need to be better about hiring and getting in-house issues resolved. It is truly sad that small mom and pop restaurants struggle to stay open, and corporations like these thrive. They give little to no effort in customer satisfaction or employee's training and enjoyment of the job. Also, the mixed drinks were terrible. DO...
Read moreOrdered around $50 worth of food to go from Buffalo Wild Wings online for our New Year’s Eve celebration. Arrived at the store at the designated pickup time and had to wait 20-30 minutes for the order to be ready. Server working the “To Go” counter was incredibly rude. Got home with the order and as we began opening boxes, discovered that literally every single item we had ordered was wrong in one way or another, as well as missing items. The only item that had no errors was the carrots and celery. Called the store and the same to go counter answered. First she was argumentative and again, just plain rude, telling my husband that she had personally checked our order and there was nothing wrong with it, basically accusing him of lying. As if we would want to waste our fun New Year’s Even celebration by calling to complain? She continued arguing and being rude and my husband finally hung up. We talked and looked over the order again (missing items, bone in wings that were supposed to be boneless, etc) added to the fact that all of our food was now cold an not fit to eat. So we called back again, got the same rude server, and asked to speak with a manager. As soon as the manager got on the phone and my husband began explaining the problems and issues with our order and the customer service, the same server was talking loudly in the background, talking to the manager while he was trying told listen to & speak with my husband. Finally she disappeared, as I’m sure the manager shooed her away so he could actually have a conversation. After hearing the entire saga of what should have been an incredibly easy thing - I mean, this is Buffalo Wild Wings, so cooking, preparing and packing up a to go order should be easy for even the least educated or untrained person, right? - the manager apologized and told my husband that they would be issuing a full refund to our bank card as well as sending us a $50 gift card in the hopes that we would be willing to give them another chance. As of today, 8 full days later, we have not received a refund, gift card, follow-up phone call or anything else from Buffalo Wild Wings. I called the corporate office this morning and had a very nice conversation with an incredibly kind, understanding, and respectful person there, who assured me that the details of the whole ordeal would be directed up the ladder ASAP. I’m not sure if it is just this store or if all BWW locations have these same issues, but I certainly hope they can get their act together. After reading so many honest reviews that sound so much like our experience, I’m sure the corporate offices are aware that this store has some major problems that need to be addressed ASAP. I hate to say it, but I would have given zero stars if that had...
Read moreThis might have been the worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Or any restaurant, really. We got seated and the server had something to say about every food item we ordered. Me: is this flavor good? Her: "ew. No." This happened for 4 different questions I asked her. There was nobody surrounding us, then about 5 min later, the table behind us and booth the side of us had customers. We placed our order before both of those tables were seated. Long story short, it soon them 25 min to bring out only 2 of the dishes we ordered. There were 5 of us. We waited another 10 min and the order one of us received was LITERALLY cold. So we ask to have them either re-heated or redone. Mod you, 2 orders still haven't come to the table. It's now been around 33 min. The server then brings one of the orders and mine is still missing. I ordered 10 wings. That's all. No sides, with 2 blue cheese dressings. The server then says "your order will be out in 2 min. They're making them now". So 10 more min passes and I don't have my food. She then delivers the food to the surrounding tables who had a party of six and another of 2. Everyone is served at those tables while our 2 orders are still missing. She then comes out with a platter and goes to another table to deliver their order. She is then stopped by another server and they continue to chat. She is talking to this girl for at LEAST 5 min while holding another order. She finally makes it our way and says "here's your order of 10 wings" mind you, it has been 12 min since she said they would be out in 2 min. It also came out cold and came with the wrong sauces. She also has yet to bring the other order that came out cold which she took back 15 min prior. She finally brings it out 10 min later. While the rest of the party had already finished their food. It was horrible. No apologies. No adjustments to the order. Mind you, we were across from the main counter when we watched a server eat wings and kick her fingers from BEHIND the counter while she talked to a male worker who was bent over the counter. It was insane. It was gross. Pretty sure that goes against sanitary policies. I mean full blown eating and licking her fingers WHILE WORKING. Needless to say, we will never go back there. Wing Stop can have our money. It's no wonder this location has horrible ratings. It was a horrible experience with management nowhere to be found. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. The bathrooms were...
