Would give 0 stars if possible, I came here for a first date, I am 22 Years old and have a ‘vertical ID as the bartender “jeff” called it The Bartender told me something was wrong with the hologram, I stated I am of age, I showed him other IDs and told him that It is a government issued ID, he said “Ill let it slide this time” and took our first order, afterwards he just ignored us. I wrote on the receipt that I’m a bartender as well, Always tip, but the service was embarrassing and quite frankly he was excessively rude. My daughter, her gf & I stopped here at the Stone Oak location, after watching the latest Spiderman movie at Alamo drafthouse. We'd never been but it looked interesting & thought we'd grab a beer. There was only 1 bartender, a young brunette. We stood there waiting for about 10 minutes on her. We were being patient since she was alone. She passed right by us MULTIPLE TIMES and seemed to be ONLY attentive to the male customers! Which totally sucks because we ARE GREAT TIPPERS!! Will never set foot in there again!! There was absolutely NO WAY she didn't see us because 2 male customers had just gotten up from the bar & left this huge opening right in the middle, IN FRONT of her! My boyfriend and I went this past weekend. We were helped by a blonde waitress the first round we did went fine since we paid with cash. Second time my bf went up by himself and the bartender didn't give him his card back. I asked to speak to the manager which was a big bald dude with a beard who was dismissive and sided with blonde bartender. I kept going back up until finally 15 minutes later the blonde bartender comes back apologizes says the card was under some mat 🙃 😑. Absolutely unprofessional.
