Food was good. But employee/owner, not sure who he was, in my opinion, was rude and not professional. Seems like a good store, but the attitude is not needed.
Here is what happened. I placed an online order using an official Subway "buy one get one free" promo code. One of the sandwiches I wrote a special request in the box for them to put the veggies on the side. And I selected the "more" box option for some of the veggies, but ordered no sauces. When I got there, they gave me my order, but the employee or owner said that if I ever placed an order like that again, that he would have to cancel it. I asked why, and he said "an order like that" "buy one get one free and more veggies on the side" "that's not how I run my store" "If you order it again, I'll have to cancel it." And he said this not in a professional tone of voice, but a rude one as if I was taking advantage of him for using a Subway Coupon. I can understand if he chooses to not participate in the promo. He could have just said, "I'm sorry we are not participating in Subway's BOGO promo." Read moreI would give this place zero stars if I could me and my mother came in here to order four Subway sandwiches for me and my children I was told by the manager on duty that I could not order that many sandwiches because they were short on bread, and they needed to have enough to serve anyone else that came into the store. There was no signs put in place that there was a shortage. There was no signs put in place that there was a limit. I asked him where is the policy or forms to point into the direction to show me where there was a limit on what I could order other staff member that was working, was looking at a fool decks of bread and the little refrigerator and was giving me a concern. Look as to why the manager was telling me that I could not place my order I asked to get directed to a corporate number, and he said that there was not one. Read moreI had the worst experience at the subway today the manager refuse service to five people who had just come off of work from lunch and she refused to give us service because she felt we were too loud and we were just enjoying ourselves having a conversation when prompted to give our orders she forced us to be on the green spots which we were and she said if we weren’t we had to leave we listen to as what she had told us and she refuse service to us because we were talking to one another she felt that we were inappropriate and didn’t follow guidelines I have never been treated so unfair in the company or a restaurant just because I was having conversations and enjoying myself with my fellow employee coworker we had our mascon and everything she wouldn’t even allow me to stand next to the person I live with when I was trying to get our orders together she was very rude I have videos of her yelling in our faces and screaming at...
