First off, they don’t pay any attention when guests walk in, and once they do, they’ll ask any random person they see first for their name instead of asking, “Who was here first!” We literally got skipped by two guests that arrived post we did. And, even though we told her later, she still sat them before us. It is chaotic seating; I guess. When one guest heard us say we were here before, she was kind and said we could be seated before them, but the gal didn’t listen and sat them prior because different waitresses are checking people in and not paying any attention. We arrived at 1:25 as my Life 360 said, and we didn’t get sat until 2:23. We left until 3: 11. It was an awful careless environment that doesn’t care about its guests to assure there are no confrontations between their guests who are all hungry and just like to follow the appropriate order of what’s fair. I’m definitely not upset at the customers who went before us; it is an organizational issue, and I’m glad we were all cordial about it, but it isn’t right. Right off the start and the long wait, I was disappointed in this little hole on the wall that I wanted to try based on the name that is a catch and made me laugh. Anyhow, once they sat us which was a long haul, every minute that transpires makes us feel like we might as well wait longer if we already waited this long, so we stay. The food came pretty fast. We ordered a Chicken and Barbacoa Pho. It had very little barbacoa, not kidding. And the little it had were just bits of fat I couldn’t eat, and I love barbacoa. The chicken fajita pieces were actually tasty but I couldn’t imagine the combo together, so I was disgusted even though I ordered it. I think the fat pieces of barbacoa did it. The flavor of the Pho was pretty good; I can’t complain there. The broth had a decent taste, but they don’t serve it steaming hot. It was actually cold. I didn’t like that at all. I like my Pho’s hot. The Spicy Bexar had corn and a piece of Tempura Shrimp. It was spicy and pretty decent. My daughter liked it. The Royal Egg rolls were the best. They give you five. I enjoyed those the most and more than my Pho. They were actually delicious and homemade. The Lavender milk tea was phenomenal, totally recommend it, and the Macha tea was great as well. Our server was nice, too. I definitely would try this one time if you haven’t tried it. I know once was enough for me after the barbacoa minimal meat that turned out to be fatty pieces, but it isn’t a bad place when it comes to...

Nice Asian restaurant in the Medical Center. Looks like recently opened as didn't have permanent signage yet, but just a banner type sign above the door. Small dining area with about 10 tables. Came in during the week and was immediately greeted and seated.

Started off with the Takoyaki as an appetizer, followed by the Angry Hakka ramen, ribeye rice bowl (gyudon), and bubble tea. The Takoyaki came in an order of 6 and was was pretty filling. The Angry Hakka was a spicy version of the Hakkasan ramen. I was hesitant and ramen isn't traditionally spicy, but it was good. Spice is subjective, but it was spicy without being overbearing. The ribeye rice bowl was basically the Japanese gyudon dish served with 2 fried gyoza. Also, ordered 2 of the bubble teas. I inquired about the sushi they had listed, but they said they stopped serving sushi.

Overall, food was good. The ramen broth was well made, ingredients were fresh, good portion, and pretty authentic. The ribeye rice bowl was good, but didn't taste as authentic as the ramen. It could've just been me expecting gyudon and that wasn't their intention. The bubble teas were pretty good. Service was good and attentive. I'd come back again in a few months to see if the menu offerings changed and things seem more...

Came here after seeing some pictures of the food and was pretty excited to try it. When we got there there was a 45 minute wait but we said no problem. After we were seated we ordered an appetizer and 4 entries. The appetizer came fast and tasted good. Then came the drooling hour wait for our ramen.

When it finally arrived we only received 3 dishes instead of 4. One of our friends did not receive his order and the waitress said it was coming. Then the waitress did not even know what he ordered. He decided he did not want to wait for it after already waiting an hour for it originally.

The food was alright but one of the dishes was also cold and was missing several ingredients listed on the menu which led us to believe it was not even the right order.

We also had ordered shakes and our waitress kept telling us they would be there soon. Fast forward 40 more minutes then they finally arrived. One of the shakes wasn't even the one that we ordered. They tasted very bland and average.

Then we got our bill and they CHARGED us for the missing entry to. This was the last straw and the manager handled the situation but the staff did not care at all that we had a horrible experience and did not bring a manager until I asked for him twice.

Horrible experience Meh...

This was my first experience with Vietnamese platter and it was refreshing. Having such a great food joint near one's workplace and/home is great. I had tried both take-away and dine-in options here. For multiple dine-in,once I had Chicken Pho which came with rice noodles and chicken in broth topped with fresh cilantro brunches and sliced red onion rings; I had Pho with crunchy sprouts, hot slices of jalapeños and sliced limes. The Pho made me so full !! But was tasty, lighter and refreshing. The crispy dumplings were good, be it pork or chicken and one must have it with the hot sauce (orange color). I tried Tempura Shrimp once - it came with sweet and sticky rice topped with 5-6 fried large shrimps and 2 vegetable crispy dumplings. Chamomile tea after such dinner was just wonderful. Once I picked up Chicken Pho and Chateu Ramen - the noodles/ramen + chicken + cilantro + onion all were packed in one bowl and the broth came in a different bowl. They have a bar too. End of the week and weekends remain pretty crowded here and one may have to wait 30-40 minutes to get a table. Staffs are good, cordial, attentive and serve well.
