Never visiting again 🙏.I know Andra people traditionally enjoy very spicy food, but when you’re catering to a wider crowd, you really need to consider different spice tolerances.. After just one bite of rice, it felt like shockwaves exploding in our skulls — not flavor, just raw, punishing heat. And this was supposed to be mild! If that’s your idea of mild, I don’t even want to imagine what “spicy” looks like here.

Both of us walked out with acidity, headaches, and absolutely zero enjoyment. Honestly, the food felt less like a meal and more like punishment. If the goal is to scare customers away after one bite, then mission accomplished. But if you want people to come back, you need to seriously rethink your spice levels and respect that not everyone wants to leave with a burning mouth, a pounding head, and regret. Experienced same thing in another hyderabadi restaurant too🙏🙏never again

Very unhygienic and poorly managed. Not a place I would recommend. Food and service : We ordered idli sambar, and we were shocked to find a dead housefly at the bottom of the sambar bowl. This clearly shows unhygienic kitchen practices. When we complained, the staff first said “it’s a new restaurant, we just opened,” and then offered a refund. But refund is not a solution.... hygiene is the first and most basic rule of running a restaurant, new or old. We did not take the refund because the main issue is food safety, not money.

Atmosphere: restaurant was also very messy. It was raining outside, so people walked in with muddy shoes..So continues cleaning should be done....Kids were running around, shouting, and even standing on seats and food tables with dirty shoes. There were dirty footprints everywhere, houseflies flying inside, and the handwash area was wet, dirty, and poorly maintained, with the tissue dispenser placed right above the dustbin.

Overall, poor hygiene, poor management, and careless attitude. Even if it is new, such conditions are not acceptable. Definitely not...

Original: I placed a to go order via phone call. I clearly told them my name. I went in to pick my order and they said they didn’t get the order, I told them what the order was and they couldn’t find it. I mentioned the details and everything. They made me order again. I waited another 20 mins. I paid then took it and left at 3pm. I got a call from the restaurant, asking why I have not picked up my order. They said they had it in the wrong name. And were being rude to me. I explained politely and instead of telling me sorry for calling. They got aggressive at me. What the …….. this is just harassment. I have rights in this country and can not treat a human like this. Not India to be spoken to and yelled at. Will never come back and make sure to let all my friends know to never go here. They infact told me they had back end problem and I waited another hour for my food. And they called be back at 8 pm...
