I wish I could give this location 0 stars from how catty and rude the bro-istas are. Both times I have come here with my friend the staff have been incredibly rude to them. The first time my friend had just signed up for the rewards program and placed a mobile order. There was no one else in the drive-thru and my friend drove to the drive thru window where they were met with attitude because they had placed the mobile order as a walk up and not a drive thru order. I understand thereās policies in place but having an attitude and rude intonation over a small mistake on their behalf is outrageous.
Today (12/4) my friend and I came back to this location around 10:30, again through the drive thru, where there was a LINE in the first lane and nobody in the second. We chose the SHORTEST line per the signage in the drive thru and the girl taking our order gave us a mouthful about how she could take our order but we were technically 4 cars behind because of the line in the first lane. We followed the rules and chose the shortest lane PER THE SIGNAGE, if anyone shouldāve been getting a mouthful it shouldāve been the other 4 cars for not choosing the shorter lane OR the workers for not putting up a cone to close the second lane if itās not open. Anyway last week, I was having a terrible morning and running late to an important. I ordered my coffee at this location rather than the location closest to the clinic I was going to. I didnāt get to pick up my coffee because it was 10mins out of the way. My appointment resulted in bad news and I was feeling terrible. I decided that Iāll still treat myself to a coffee. I set my GPS to home and it took me by this location. I decided to stop in and just mentioned how I ordered here but didnāt pick up my order 2hrs ago. I believe the young lady who helped me name was Tab. She was the SWEETEST! She remembered my order coming through and I showed her my email receipt. I ordered ahead on the app, and selected ā drive through pickupā because window pick up wasnāt available. Per usual I just walked up to the walk up counter once my drink was ready because this locations drive through is extremely packed. I told the lady at the window that I was here for my order, and she brought my finished drink immediately and said that I wasnāt allowed to pick up at the window if I put ā drive through pickupā I explained that waiting in the long line the same amount of time I wouldāve waited if I had just order in the drive though defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead.
