Smoothie King — Restaurant in San Antonio

I usually go through the drive through when I go to smoothie king just because I have children, but I am so happy that I went to this location, which I don't think has a drive through.So I walked inside and couldn't have been more impressed by the entire experience. I received a blow away greeting, which is very rare nowadays. Kendra was the young woman that helped me, and she was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the most delicious smoothie! She even said that if I did not like what she had suggested that they stand by their blend promise. She would make a smoothie for me, if I did not like the one I decided on and that just made me feel so much taken care of as a customer. Kinda like we got your back! Haha. Unlike the location at Research drive, who told me that if I ordered anything, they could not remake anything. I asked if I could get a different one, and they said no, whereas Kendra willingly informed me of the blend promise. Definitely love the vibe and this is the location I am sticking to!...

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They were patient with me as I'd never been to a Smoothie King before and didn't really know how or what to order. I was even given a to-go menu so I'd be able learn about the numerous options that they have. Once I'd finally decided on a fruit concoction they were quick and efficient in making my drink and processing my payment. I'll definitely be back to this location and next time I'll really know what I want before I get to the counter! Service was fast, establishment clean and easy to find, and the staff were super helpful. This was my first time going. They have specials on Fridays (I don't know about the rest of the week). The smoothies we tried were delicious & filling. My daughter and I got 2 mediums and could only drink ~1/3 so far (I had the Diet Shredder, she got the Banana Berry Treat).
