The only reason why I give this restraunt a 5 star is because this young kid who took my order on 08/04/18 @ 8:30 pm was So calm under pressure. He had very good manners, and took our order twice. Once to dine in and 2nd to go order to take dinner to my kids. That kid is going to become a SOMEBODY someday, and I pray God puts his hedge of protection over him in Jesus name. I pray for his salvation and deliverance in the name of Jesus. I wish I knew his name. But, I was not pleased with the food. But, it was edible barely that was it. Chicken gotten smaller. But, the prices is over priced for the small pieces they sell. Also, that kid needed help. I saw 6 people in the back just standing around. While all the work was laid on this one kid. They all need to work together as a team. As customers came 1 by one, that kid wasn't able to attend to the tables and fountain drinks in the restraunt. That's where Manager, or crew leader should of stepped in and helped that kid and send someone to help him out. Plus, Restroom smelled like sewer in the women and men restroom. Smelled like a Mexican restroom in those restroom where it needs attention. I had a hard time getting the hand blower to start so I can dry my hands. The restroom faucet handles were dirty. Restroom door handle was sticky. Restraunt tables and floors needed attention. I saw that kid for an hour and as I was eating that kid was trying to get customers orders, and doing register. As soon as he got a break from customers. He went out trying to hurry up & tried to clean the lobby. I think that kid was a rookie. They all had different shirts. But, still if the other employees are not doing anything. They should of helped and pitched in. But, I give that kid a 5 star for a Great Customer Service. Kentucky needs to knock that restraunt down and build a new one. Everything needs attention. I will not be going there for the food. I hope and pray that kid finds somewhere better. Working at a place where all the work falls on that cashier is not a place to work for. I remember Working a fast food place and there were a lot of slackers...lazy people who BS around and smokers who got privilege breaks just to feed their bad habits while the people who don't smoke picked up the slack. I did see 1 other guy wearing a black shirt doing things too. But that was it... I don't know...But, that place needs to bring that place back to live. That place need team work. Working at restraunts is a very demanding job. But, we customers want good customer service, clean place to eat, and the food has to be good. We look at everything, or else we take our business somewhere else. Correct the issue Kentucky. Treat your customers and Employees better...Even out the help for the cashiers in the front....

To top it off the lip smacking quote on quote manager was so dirty in his uniform it did not make any sense. Like no brand standards at all. Rude is not even the words. Also have several videos of last nights encounter that I would love to share with upper management and corporate as I am sure this is a franchise. The staff on the night shift were absolutely ridiculous. Also Mr manager you were late to work I’m sure that’s why it was a hold up in drive thru.Bad location. Make the extra drive somewhere else. Not really Fast Food. The food is rarely ready and you have to go park and wait for your food no less than 30 min and the is always “down”. Read moreI order 3 chalupa meals and the 3 soft taco meal with 6 packs of all their Taco Bell sauces for delivery when my order was delivered we had no straws and no sauces as I’m pulling food out the bags to give to my family what they ordered food was cold which is fine when your getting it delivered to you no problem but then I took a bite out the crunchy taco that comes with the chalupa meal not only me but my mom and my son took a bite out of their crunchy tacos as well and they were stale and I told the manager on duty that the crunchy tacos were stale while on speaker phone with my dad while he was in the store getting the sauces that I had ordered but never received the manager told me that the crunchy tacos were not stale he hadn’t had anyone else complain about them and he has been selling them since 7 am this morning.
