It's good for salad. I was thrilled to be going, but sometimes my diabetic husband needs veggies and meat. I wish they had cauliflower, but I do like all of the options they did have. There are enough options that you can go more than one time and get different salads with various proteins and vegetables and not make it too repetitive. That whole wheat croissant though...come on!!! It's spectacular, I could eat 6 of those. Overall good, clean places, prices are a little high but everything is and the staff member who helped us was nice.

Three young men were ordering salads while only one had a mask on. When pointed out to the server his reaction was to shake his head and move to the back of the store. No response to us pointing out the VIOLATION! This is unacceptable for customer safety as well as the posted instrructions to customers and employees...RWS (had been a customer). Add photosPhoto

I come to this Salata almost everyday for lunch. The workers use their gloved hands to handle all of the food including meat and cheese. I have complained about this to management but nothing has been done. It's funny how they ask people if they have allergies but then cross contaminate everything in the same breath. I wish they would use the serving spoons and not their hands. Apart from that they put the to go boxes together very messy such that the food and dressing is coming out of the box.

I don't have any photos but I go here regularly. I really enjoyed going to this place. You have so many options. At one time I was a little upset it seems like they were cutting back on portions because you're paying close to $ 20 for a salad. But it seems like they're getting back to their old portions which is great. So many wonderful choices and choices that you wouldn't have ever expected. They have a great lineup of salad dressings I believe close to 10 to choose from. They're protein three different types of chicken they have shrimp salmon steak couple other things. They got the finishing toppings that people like. And I'm the person that never ordered a salad from a regular restaurant or got it as a side. And here I am going to this place having a salad for my entire meal. I can honestly say I have never left her to dissatisfied with any salad that I've gotten here even if I felt it was a little off I've still enjoyed every bit of it. Most of the employees are nice you have a few that just really don't want to interact with you that make you feel like they just don't want to be there. I chalk it up to maybe a long day or an off day. The place has got a nice little cozy setting nothing special. I do wish the cost was offset to the price where I think the salad should be. But overall the size I guess can make up for it. They're two locations here and I go to each of them at least 3 days a week so if you haven't been here and you like salads and you like a lot of choices you're not going to be disappointed...

When I think of places for dinner a "salad place" did not come to the top of my list before Salata but within the last week I've been twice and am looking forward to going back! This was my first experience with Salata and it was awesome. I have a food allergy and they took ALL the precautions without blinking an eye or making me feel like I was an imposition. In fact they did the opposite. I believe the young man's name was Jonathan, he did all the bells and whistles like it was no big deal. He was awesome. As for the food, all of the ingredients were extremely fresh and there were a bunch from which to choose. One thing that sets Salata apart is the ability to add what I consider gourmet protein. Not just fake diced ham or turkey that you get on some salads instead you can choose from pesto chicken breast, turkey, seasoned tofu, grilled shrimp, and a few others. All of them fresh and real as in not compressed meat that's made to look like real meat. Last but not least, if I recall correctly, the manager on duty was Ebony. She could give classes on how to do restaurant hospitality right. Through her words and actions I could tell that she took her job seriously and she did it with such grace it left me feeling like I would love to work for or with her. She had an awesome disposition. She's a true asset to Salata and is one of the many lasting positive impressions from my first visit. Salata has definitely changed my perspective on salad forever. They have raised the...

Great place to go if you have a credit card. Doesn't make sense to not be able to to take cash but be able to tip in cash? - unless the cash register wasn't working?? Beyond that, we really enjoyed the customer service. The people working there are super friendly and deserve to be taken care of because I never tip in a " fast food atmosphere but like I said - all the workers are phenomenal here. low star on ambience is only because it feels like eating in a crowded school cafeteria for the price but... the food is amazing as far as variety. There is no way to get tired of the food or it's many healthy and fresh options. I couldn't find anything wrong to be honest. It's well lit and the prices are great because one meal is big enough to feed two hungry people so the price is great. Been coming here since the rona years and it beats any - luxury restaurant in San Antonio Texas. Everything was clean and packaged at the self serve condiments area. Didn't think I saw " soda" options but it beats any other deli restaurant places that push clean eating so " i get it". Food tables and floor are picked up and cleaned over very quickly so it was nice to see any leftover food sit on a table, such a clean establishment. It is a small compact restaurant but that is also the beauty of it. I wish there were more locations because it is addictive food. Fresh healthy food...
