Leanne is the most unfriendly and rude customer service rep I have EVER experienced in my 43 years on this planet. We were having computer problems and she told me that she can override the problem but she is not going to because she doesn’t feel like doing anyone any favors today! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing ... Leanne literally handed me back my package and told me to go somewhere else or try a different FedEx.... because ‘they probably will do it for you’! How does she have a job???

Came for a passport picture. She told me to stand at wall and didt even tell me when she was snapping picture. I asked to see it and since i wasnt ready. Lo and behold bad picture. I asked to retake it she said she could do it one more time in a way that let me know she would rather never take a passport picture. As we were walking out she yelled its not a photoshot. I didt ask for a photoshoot, i am paying to at least know when she was taking the picture. So rude. Im sorry people who hate working here have no other options but to give bad service and lack common decency...
