I went into Wingstop today and placed an order for dine in. Apparently there was another Amanda who also ordered. When they called out my name for my order I noticed it was in a brown carryout bag, so I kindly told the man " I wanted dine in". So he said OK I'll get you some trays. He brought them out as we were opening the bag. We PULLED OUT ALL OF THE FOOD and opened the black to go boxes. Then I noticed we had pulled out 3 fries and 3 different boxes. None of these were our order however the receipt had my name and the correct food, but the food in the bag was not ours. I put ALL THE FOOD BACK into the bag and told the man " the receipt is correct but the food isn't," then he said " but I took your order and repeated it to you." I agreed with him and said" yes, but the food in the bag IS NOT MINE". So he took the bag and spoke with the girl preparing the food and she said " that's another Amanda." So we sat down again and waited for our food to come out. Then IN COMES THE OTHER AMANDA who has been waiting 30 mins in her car for her food and I see him discussing the receipt to her and she's telling him" I didn't order a chicken sandwhich". So I walked over and told him " I think that's my receipt and her food is in that bag." He said " your food is almost ready, I have your food correct". He then looked at the other Amanda and said " I took your order and repeated it to you". However they kept switching the tickets and putting them on the wrong bags. My ticket was on her bag of food, and her ticket was on mine. So that same bag that I hand my hands all over from when I first pulled it out to find it was the wrong food. He gave that same bag of food to her. And I told him " I pulled it all out." But he still gave it to her. It was her order, but me and my daughter had opened all the containers and touched the fries. Disgusting... When I finally got my correct order there was so much oil at the bottom of the basket... I feel bad for who ever that other Amanda is because I touched her food. I had already sat down and started eating with my daughter, and I didn't realize she was going to leave with that same food until I saw her walk out and get into her car with that same bag. So he gave her food someone else opened and touched. Nasty!!! Poor girl. I recommend going and waiting in the store to see how they handle your food when you place and order online. Someone else could get your food...
Read morePlaced an online order for a 10pc lemon pepper combo with 2 piece chicken tenders added on. Arrived at the store and was not greeted, once I got to the register to was asked my name; and my ordered was reported back as Garlic parm wings..I clarified that it was lemon pepper. The cashier went to go talk to the cook and then came back to me and asked to see my receipt which I showed to him that confirmed my pepper. He then proceeded to take my bag to the counter in the back, unseal it and open my wing box to confirm it was garlic parm (the bag had my name on it he could’ve simply asked me to check my own food instead of him putting his hands on it). If this wasn’t bad enough he told me it would be a few minutes for my correct food then proceeded to throw the same garlic parm wings back into the fryer and into a new box for me, as I saw him do this I informed the other cashier that if I was going to be reserved the same Incorrect wings I would take a refund instead, she rolled her eyes then went to the back to get the “manager” Yolasa, who did not even apologize for the incorrect order or inconvenience on their part and instead just stated that I was getting the same wings because they “burn off the garlic” by re-frying them again in the oil, I informed her I did not ask for garlic parm wings initially and the person I was buying them for would not eat them and it would result in us driving back to the store once we got home, it was never offered to make me fresh wings, an apology or correction aside from getting extra fried incorrect wings that was there fault. To make matters worse I was told refunds take 7 business days instead of the standard 3-5 when asked why she did not know the answer and just stated she could not give me cash since i paid online. She wrote down my name and number on printer paper did not offer me anything to confirm I was actually getting a refund aside from her saying I would get one. Overall horrible experience, everytime I’ve visited this location it always results in extreme wait times even when using the app, incorrect orders or over cooked or undercooked food. The last time I went in prior to tonight was just for ranch and wing sauce and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. If you are thinking of going to this location Don’t!!! Read moreOrdered a family order of wings, 30 wings, three different kinds. We arrived on time to pick up the order as they confirmed the entire order was in the bag, we proceeded home. Arrived home 15 minutes later only to find out that our entire order was NOT in the bag, in fact we were missing more than half of our order. Upon calling the store to report what we were missing they asked us to return to the store for a complete order. We proceeded back to the store to pick up the order and returned home...only to find out that the order we received was NOT the order we placed! Our 6 Cajun wings were replaced with 6 original spicy wings. We called the store AGAIN and had the great displeasure of speaking with a young man that had NO customer service skills. After being hung up on we called back and asked to speak to the manager on duty, at which point we explained that we had made three trips to their store and still did not have our proper order and we're at this point starving! The manager was unable to offer a refund for the meal but could refund only the 5 wings that weren't right. That would have been fine before we made three trips to the store and ended up without the order we wanted and wings we could t eat!!! A Friday night order yes, but is that not what business you are in?? Surely you have many many orders that are more complicated than ours, why is an order for 3 wings with 3 different flavors so difficult??
