Had been driving for more than 6 hours and was looking forward to having some nice Korean food. We arrived a few minutes before 8pm and was asked if we were ready to order. When we said we needed a few minutes, the waiter said they were closing their kitchen (their closing time on google, their door, and their menu is 9pm). We ordered at 7:59pm and our food arrived at 8:13pm. At 8:14pm, before we even had our first bite, we were handed the check and was told they wanted to close their cash register. I put my card down immediately, they took it at 8:25pm, and at 8:27pm was asked to sign it (while we were still eating). Needless to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. No customer service and we felt like we had to wolf down our dinner - we were so rushed the 30 mins we were there. Now for the food evaluation. The side dishes were pretty good, apart from the macaroni salad that was too heavy for my liking. We ordered a hot stone bibimbap with beef and the pork belly plate. The bibimbap tasted decent but there was barely any beef in it. The pork belly was also decent but it looked like they rushed to cook it so it wasn’t as crispy as it probably should be. Overall - if you have no other options, go for it, but don’t expect great (or any) service.

There was a wire in our jajamyeong and my dad almost ate it. Imagine what would’ve happened if he ate it. They compensated with another one and apologized, but at that point our mood was ruined and we didn’t want to eat anymore. Our stomach and we didn’t bother finishing. Update: The jajamyeong we took home and ate for two separate meals gave me a stomach ache both times. The service was extremely slow and the workers didn’t seem to be trained very well. They were really nice and welcoming, but in terms of service it was terrible. We got our shortribs with out any bowls or rice. We were sitting there waiting for a very long time and we had to call for them every time we needed something. In terms of portion they should’ve given a lot more. $33 for 5 pieces of meat and a watery tofu soup isn’t even close to being enough for an adult to eat full. Even the jajangmyeong portion was significantly bigger. I appreciate the owners efforts overall serving us, but we will not be coming back.

I recently visited Myung GA Tofu & Korean BBQ for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and helped guide me through the menu, which made the whole experience even better. The meats were fresh, and the flavors were incredible. Each dish had its own unique taste, and grilling them at the table added a fun interactive element. I especially loved the variety of side dishes that came with the meal, which complemented the food perfectly. Although this was my first visit, I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. There are so many delicious plates to try, and I’m already looking forward to my next meal here. The atmosphere was cozy and casual, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

They have vegan (hidden) options, whenever you order bibimbap or hot soup or anything mushroom or tofu just order it with no eggs..(this was my review 5years ago)

It’s 2023 and I still love coming here for Korean food, I’ve been coming here since my high school year!! My Korean friend recommended this restaurant, they did change ownership but still one of the best Korean restaurants I went to! The only bad experience I had actual was last week when I went with my friends, it was a misunderstanding cuz all of us order the soondubu (soft stew soup) but I order just the tofu no egg, my friend order her with meat, and she mixed hers with egg already without checking since we don’t know it yet until I took a bite on mine it was meat, i told them that they got my order wrong and my friend is supposed to be the one getting this, I asked for a new one and the owner was kinda hesitant to give us a new soup, cuz I don’t eat egg, the owner took her soup back and ask me to give my soup that I already tried to my friend.. we were not happy about that.. because it touched my mouth already, if anything they should’ve taken the soup back and also give her a brand new one.. the problem is solved but it takes 3 people to actually give my friend a brand new soup.. but I’ve come here maybe once or twice every week.. so that’s why I do still come back here and I only go from 5 stars to 4 stars.. if I have friends or family that want a great Korean food and there’s this waiter that is super nice I feel like he sees us a lot so he’s super cool and he...

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Don’t eat here!! I came here with my family and the Indian lady who was serving us had the worst attitude!!! When me and my family arrived at 8:10pm, the server there told us that they’re closed which is a lie because they close at 9!! She said we can sit down at a table but that the kitchen closes in 10 minutes. We agreed because we knew what we wanted to order anyway. When we sat down at the table, the server rudely said “MAKE IT QUICK!!!” And when our food came out she immaturely put the check on the table!! We felt so rushed!!! It was so obviously that she(the server) just wanted to go home. I’ve been a long time customer so Myung Ga, but I definitely won’t be coming back after this!! And I’ll spread the word that this place officially has the worst customer service ever!! Our server was a younger Indian lady with a smug attitude!! Avoid her and this place at all costs!!! I’m sure this isn’t the first incident that this lady has had! She’s single handedly going to drive this place out...
