I don't usually come here unless there's a deal or discount going on. The few times I have dropped in was to check out an item before purchasing online elsewhere so it has been helpful in that aspect. My husband and I have been searching for a washer and dryer and came across the set we actually had a hard time finding anywhere. So we immediately jumped on the purchase, especially given the discount for having been refurbished/floor model. The experience with the staff at the business itself was excellent. They even helped us out by searching for something we could use to mitigate movement by going through their recycle bin and packaging of other items. The only issue encountered however was the delivery service. The set we purchased was intended for a toy hauler that is going to be stationary for a long period of time, the sellers were aware of this and added a mounting kit to our purchase. We were able to take th washer with us, but had to wait a few days for the dryer to be delivered, which was fine with us. Unfortunately, when the delivery date arrived, the deliver crew not only went to the wrong address miles away, one of them was apparently upset at me for the error they made but the second guy that was with him was apologetic. In addition to this, the first guy refused to stack the set by stating "we do not stack in mobile homes" to me repeatedly. I inquired as to why would they tell me this now and asked what he thoughg the mounting kit was purchased for?
After some back and forth with him, he finally decided to talk it through with his partner by being slick and speaking in Spanish. After he finished his insulting exchange regarding my request and what we paid for, I had to interrupt him IN Spanish about his intentions of just "dropping" the dryer without mounting or installing what was paid for. In the end, the partner agreed to mount it and take pictures for accountability issues which was fine by me.. but I was additionally annoyed that they failed to include the additional equipment that came with the purchase. Adding insult to injury, they questioned about the means in which the set would be powered... "that's none of your business, but just rest assured we have professional electricians who already have that planned out, thank you." I am certain I could have been less "snappy" but when you have a toddler in need of your attention and two adults testing your nerves, it become a bit difficult to maintain patience.
Still, the on floor Best Buy crew were excellent, but the same cannot be said about their delivery crew.

It took some time for me to get help from a worker, and when I finally did, I was greeted by someone who clearly hates their job(or at least the customers). I already knew what I wanted to buy, but naturally she talked about my other options, which is completely understandable and fine. However, I've been working with computers since high school, and half the information coming out of her mouth was complete bulls*it. I needed something simple for his schoolwork, made that very clear, but she kept pushing me to buy a much more expensive, over the top brand. Every time I reminded her of my budget she would look disgusted and sigh, she was being a complete snob about the entire thing! She even had the audacity to roll her eyes. The second she realized I wasn't going to move with my budget, she just walked away, without even dismissing anything, to another customer who was looking at more expensive computers! What the hell kind of rude "customer service" is that? I thought BestBuy wanted to keep all their customers, not just the big spenders. She could have at least said some kind of "hope you find what you want" or even, "I'll be over there if you need anything else" instead of walking away mid conversation. I finally got the attention of a man working there, he was friendly and he even apologized for his co-worker leaving me the way she did. This man honestly answered all my questions to the best of his ability, and the few questions he didn't have an answer for, he admitted he wasn't sure, but offered to research for me. If Andrew wasn't there to 'save the day', I would have left this store livid without purchasing a single thing. From now on, I tell all my friends and family to avoid the curly-haired snob...
Read morePurchased a TV 2-28-25, with a delivery and install on 3-4, delivery was cancelled by best buy, I was not notified. I found out from the installer that the TV was not being delivered. I called and was told the delivery person called off, ok were you going to call me and inform me? No answer, so rescheduled my delivery and install for today 3-7-25, Guess what I now have a TV and no installation because best buy scheduled the install 8am 12pm, installer once again says you will need to reschedule the install. Best part I took 3-7 off from work, so it cost me $500, called again and said my TV is here it's 1113, can you send out the installer the appointment was till 12, nope does not work that way, we are two separate entities that apparently do not talk with each other. So here we go again another reschedule, but they can not provide the date until 24 hours has past. All in all I AM DONE WITH BEST BUY, the big corporate companies don't care about losing a guest either. There is no service anymore sad to say.... Update 3-11-25...In the process of trying to get my TV installed, I spoke with 5 different people, each one had no idea what was going on. I spoke with a female lead on Friday the 7,th who told me that I would receive a gift card compensation for their lack of service along with the 250 install charge. They refunded the 250 install, as they should but I had to ask, no offer was made. At Best Buys request I reached out through IG, Ruby informed me that the 250 refund was compensation enough according to the company. Not in my eyes, missed a days work only to have no TV delivery, earlier in the week they agreed to waive the fee of install. So I believe that in fact more compensation is warranted from this horrible service. As I stated earlier I AM DONE WITH BEST BUY, will not ship here...
