Phở 77 — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I'll start off by saying that the actual pho was solid. Wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was very far from the worst. The reason why I am giving a low review is due to the service I received. My girlfriend and I both got pho, and when the bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes came out, we noticed that there was a light lair of slime on the bean sprouts and they tasted slightly sour. So I called one of the servers over just to inform him that the beansprouts they were using were starting to turn. Before I could even ask if there was another batch in the back, he started getting really defensive and kind of aggressive. He told me that I had no idea what I was talking about and that no one else had complained and then walked away. He then proceeded to talk very loudly about my girlfriend and me in the back to his coworkers. I honestly wasn't even trying to complain. I was just trying to see if there was a newer batch in the back and that if they weren't rotten yet, i thought they would like to know that they were going to be very soon. For what it's worth, the younger server that was working there was very kind and professional regarding the whole situation. He apologized for his coworker's behavior and at least brought us a new plate of veges without the beansprouts. I was just wholly disappointed with the experience. It could have been as easy as just saying, "Thanks for letting us know. Unfortunately, we don't have a fresh batch to offer you right now." That would have been the end of it and they would be getting a 5 star review instead...

i was fooled when i walked into this establishment. the restaurant was clean, and beautiful.. better then eve seen locally, so i expected my food to be great. i ordered shrimp fried rice and i asked if they have options to make it spicy with hot sauce. they said yes. once i got to work and opened my plate, i noticed they mixed my rice with a handful of chili flakes and not a sauce. i overlooked that and started to prepare my plate the way i like it. first bite, rice was hard but you know i tried to give it a chance. i ate 2 bites and couldn't do it. its like they only cooked the rice for 5 mins. i called to notify them and when i tell you i got the absolute WORST customer service. the man kept over talking me and wouldn't even listen to me. he was ruse and kept cutting me off and had issues with accommodating me. i guess i can say i should've known this place was too good to be true. i would never go back to this place, i probably would've given it another chance if they...

I had been a loyal customer for years and I always order my food in person and I had done it over the phone few times and I had always get great services and good quality food. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time getting bad service and bad food. I ordered over the phone num 76 chicken special and I get something completely different fried rice with shrimp and beef; I called and she was nice and offer to replace I when and picked it up to find out it was the same wrong order. Then she offered to re do it however this time she will charge me and give me 20% off. When they did my order wrong twice.
