Raising Cane's in San Bernardino is still running as busy as opening night. And they should be for good reason: their chicken tenders are simply delicious. Just imagine tender and juicy chicken breast with a crunchy outer layer dunked in their famous Cane's Sauce. I'm drooling just thinking about it! They don't sell pieces of chicken drumsticks or thighs... just boneless chicken tenders. Pro-Tip: devour this when it's hot! The Drive-Thru line is insane but they have a parking lot attendant to help guide cars in and out of traffic, as this location is in a smaller lot than the Riverside location. The fastest way to get your food is to park and place your order(s) inside! They also make Texas Toast here, which IMO is good when you order it "BoB style". BoB = Butter on Both [sides]. Overall, great place for quality chicken tenders if eaten while it's still hot and crunchy and dipped in Cane's Sauce. My review from Yelp 5/25/2018

Wow, this was my second visit to a Raising Canes. First visit to this particular location. We ordered 25 chicken fingers, 3 orders of fries, 8 pieces of bread, all at the drive thru, surprisingly we got our food within 5 minutes of ordering it. Our wait was a bit long, however this is a normal wait in any of their drive thru lines, EXPECT the drive thru not to be fast prior to ordering! Our food was amazing, the fries were a bit small. The chicken was hot and taste was exquisite for a fast food restaurant. Also thought the sauce had a better flavor at this location. I previously had an issue with the bread at the first location, however the bread here was Amazing! Both ladies at the drive thru windows were very polite and very friendly, I just wish we were given more than two napkins for such a large order. Inside did not look full, busy, yes! Definitely recommend eating here inside, outside or from the drive thru!

We love canes and enjoy coming here even though it’s a long drive for us. However service here sucks! Tonight when we ordered we specifically requested the canes sauces on the side in an extra box (not inside meals) we paid for 2 additional sauces. When we get to the window the sauces weren’t included we tell the young man handing us the food and he calls the Manager “PARKER” she was so rude and wanted to go through our food we told her no (that’s the specific reason why we ask for them on the side to avoid going through our friends meals) and she said well pay for 2 more sauces. Which we had already paid for. She was so rude. She’s definitely not a good manager. Canes please do better and stop hiring ghetto, rude employees.

I had high hopes and was let down! I rather go to Chick-Fil-a or Popeyes, maybe even KFC than this place. My chicken strips were dry and the meat was hard to rip apart when I bite into it and pulled it away. I was hoping for some really good sauce and was glad I had some ketchup. I thought the ice tea was gonna be good and sweet like most sweet teas at other chicken places but it was mediocre. Nothing stood out to me! Although I'm not a fan of coleslaw I could tell the coleslaw was good and actually ate half of it which is a lot since I don't like coleslaw. The bread was the best part! My first bite caught me off guard but as I ate more and more I tasted too much seasoning. I decided to go late at night after work because i figured it wouldn't be crowd like during the day and I easily entered the drive thru and only had 2 or 3 cars in front of me. What I noticed about the workers were that they all looked like high schoolers or they just got out of high schoolers. It was easy to tell that it some of their first jobs. I think they somehow lost my order from the ordering menu to the window because they were not positive what I ordered so I had to wait a few minutes well they pretended it was still cooking but in reality was getting it together. They were all really nice but lacked people skills. There was also a lot of workers for the amount of customers they had. They could probably downsize late at night during the week. I thought I had found another quick bite but I'm not sure. I might given them another try but don't be fool by all these 5 star reviews its doesn't satisfy everyone taste buds or meet everyone's...

I placed a curbside order and got there to find no parking. I wait at the drive thru since there is absolutely no parking and when I got to order I told the worker that I already have a curbside order so he said I have to park to get it even though I said there is absolutely no parking. I park across canes in another lot since I can’t find parking and call to check on my order cause it has already been over 35 minutes. The worker that picked up the call was very rude and said someone already came and picked up my order. That made no sense since it was supposed to be curbside and how can someone just take my order. She continues to be rude and say she wasn’t at the front and ignores the fact that I’ve waited 40 minutes with no food at all. At least remake the food so I can have something to eat? She continues to be rude and says I have to wait again when I’ve literally waited over 40 minutes now?? She then hangs up the phone without even providing me a solution as to a refund or any food so I call back and she begins to start yelling and being rude so now I’m getting frustrated cause why did I just wait 40 minutes to not get any food let alone any refund or replacement of my food and then hung up on?? It finally took the third call that she said she will give a refund but this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Staff has been getting very rude here lately like they don’t have any human compassion. It’s already been 2 days now and still no refund of that order so it seems like I just got...

WARNING Before I get into this. The store itself gets a 5/5 in cleanliness, 5/5 politeness, and 5/5 speed of service. This review is purely the franchise as a whole.

I'll be the one to say it. This will be my least helpful review. All this place is , is garlic bread. I honestly can't think of a single thing else they do better than anywhere else. I've had this in separate states, I've had separate locations in those states and I just can't stand how bland the chicken is. Like if you have flour, salt, pepper, and chicken you already can make a better tender. Then i hear "but ha' yu tryed da sauce?" Sauce doesn't make a meal. If you like the sauce that bad, stop on the way home, pay 75 cents for some packets, then take them home and dip home made or hell even grocery store bought tenders.

I really can't put into words just how underwhelming this place is through and through. I can't even imagine people saying this place is great, let alone hearing everyone always put it in comparison to Chick-fil-A. The chic???? You're gonna put these dry, tasteless, mediocre, bottom of the barrel, lower than Burger King grade meal ... NEXT TO THE FIL-A????

Just never. When I went here recently, I didn't even want to order. I didn't. I took a tender from a family member (we were going else where but they were hungry now) and even while I ate nothing all day this place -still- tastes like pure nothing, throat so dry you have to wash it down with a pop-eyes biscuit.

Okay, not that bad, but it needs the sauce....
