Sunright Tea Studio - San Bernardino — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I usually really like Sunright so when I heard one had opened in San Bernardino, I was excited to check it out. However, my experience wasn’t the best. One of my favorite things about Sunright were their self service kiosks, it makes it easy to visual what you want and adjust your drink accordingly. When I arrived, there was a group of people awaiting their drinks and no one in line for the kiosk so I quickly placed my order and waited on the side. There were no seatings available so I had to awkwardly stand next to the walls. After a couple of minutes, the group had left and another two customers walked in to wait for their drinks. They received their drinks within a reasonable time and I stood there still waiting.

After maybe 10 minutes of me awkwardly standing there, the staff finally started working on my drink. They didn’t really acknowledge me or look at me when they finished preparing my drink. I quickly thanked the guy and left but when I got to my car, I realized that my drink was missing the topping and it wasn’t even filled all the way to the top. idk. i really like this spot especially their yakult drinks. but customer service has always been mediocre at best. probably cause they only do kiosk orders and never really interact with customers. but today i had placed an online order and they usually have it ready at the counter but today they didn’t and i asked if they had an order ready for me and the girl i asked seemed annoyed when i asked and placed it on the counter. no thank you or have a good day. all i remember is that she had a grey shirt and looked like a kid. then when i got to the car i realized my drink didn’t have boba so my girlfriend went to go get it fixed. she said that the barista acted like she was the one in the wrong. being a barista myself, i understand it’s an inconvenience but that’s the job you signed up for. anyways, drinks are good! but prepared for the not so friendly service if...

Stopped here on a whim after our escape room. Place was busy for a Sunday night at 730pm.

It is a self service kiosk to order the drinks. All menu items came with pictures and a brief description which was nice when you don't know what to get or can't decide. A lot of tea options. Not so much blended drinks. Can opt for customized sweetness and ice levels which is always a nice touch.

We had their panda milk tea and wintermelon latte, both at the recommended sweetness level but with less ice. Panda milk tea came with both honey boba and the brown sugar boba. Surprisingly was not too sweet with the 2 added bobas.

I give it the "Not too sweet" nor is it too creamy/milky rating. I personally liked the tea flavor but it was too strong for my hubs.
