Update Feb 27 - same problem again as stated below. Once again, machine not working. I’m not going to waste my time coming in here anymore.

The product is great if it actually works. I stop in regularly for the vanilla freeze and 50% of the time the machine is not working and it’s over frozen and won’t come out. For a new store, you would think they would figure out how to get the product to work. it happens all the time. Or at least train the employees to prevent this from happening. So annoying to come out of my way to get a freeze and it doesn’t work. And the other flavors are so high caloric that they are not good...
