I come here often as my office is located nearby. Usually a good experience. The baristas are always staying busy, very friendly, and quick with orders. I don't expect much from the employees as they don't get paid handsomely, but I appreciate their hard work and the welcoming environment they always provide. I had one issue with customer service today while seated, typing, and drinking my refresher. I was the only customer in the establishment when an employee (who I could not immediately identify as he was not wearing a SB appron or name tag) began mopping the lobby as usual. The employee proceeded to mop directly to the sides of my shoes from under the table then moved around directly next to me and began hitting my chair with his mop. For context this was approximately 2 hours prior to closing and I had been seated for approx. 35 minutes so that was not an issue. I stood up and asked if he would like me to move and he stated "I gotta get behind you". I asked to speak with his manager, which he told me I didn't have to do. I walked to the counter and was provided proper info by the kind shift leader Brittany. I was told the employees name was Alex. I understand they need to maintain cleanliness in the establishment, but I found Alex's behavior suggestive and rude. Hopefully this doesn't become a issue in the future but now I don't feel...
Read moreSupervisor name Kristy or Cristy not sure how you spell it since the moment i walked into to order my coffee a gentleman was grabbing his coffee and while she was there she said a statement twice very loudly is there a problem gentleman that was grabbing his coffee from the counter. But he just stayed quite for some reason caught my attention since it was like loud and like aggressive tone while i though nothing it. I was waiting in line to place my order the person who helped me was amazing ! It had been like 4min and i thought to myself omg i don't remember him asking cold or hot so i just wanted to make sure my coffee was being made hot not cold and Kristy approached the the counter she.told me that someone would be with me shortly but to the urgency of my thought i had a feeling my drink was almost next to be made and i just told her just wanted to make sure my drink was hot not “ and she interrupted me and was like someone will be right with you and try to intimidate me with a stare and walked away “ honestly i thought that was very rude specially for a supervisor. Luckily the one in her hand was mine and she was making it. I honestly was just trying to save the hassle of them having to do it again ! Read moreI usually go to different Starbucks but today Wednesday afternoon I stopped by here because i was working in this area , I ordered my Venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso as always and was watching her how yo make , after she shaked my drink with a lot of ice already she added more ice to make full of venti cup so I told her “ did you add more ice ???” Because I didn’t order “ extra ice “ . my coffee is almost only ice and very little coffee so I asked her “ can you remove some of ice ?” She said “ I just added more ice to make how supposed to be !” ( no it’s not that was supposed be because I drink this everyday so I know ) And then lady came from behind “ what happened??” I explained then she said “ okay, remove ice , it’s not big deal!”with mean face .
