I was staying at the hotel, of which this restaurant is a part, and I was looking for a good dinner spot. While there are several in the area, I opted for this one because it had good reviews and I was so TIRED. I wanted to sit outside because it has a very nice outdoor seating area, but it was a little too chilly so I moved inside. I started out with a Manhattan - I opt for a higher brand bourbon at home, but I gambled on the house bourbon and it was a winner. For dinner, I had the short ribs, and the accompanying salad and corn muffin were delicious. The salad had super crispy greens and roasted slivered almonds, which def elevated it. The short ribs were fantastic - not too fatty, and the gravy wasn't too salty. I had the house Merlot with dinner and again picked a winner. The service was impeccable. Bayside Bar is overall a great pick, and the fact that it is part of a hotel is fantastic for us exhausted travelers.
