Went in Saturday 3/1/25 and ordered online at 6:25pm. Two girls working that night. First off, never have I been to a Crumbl where I’m not shown my cookies(I think blonde) when they give them to me. No wonder they didn’t because the butter cookie was missing the scoop on top. If I hadn’t checked there myself, I would have gotten home and had seen that cookie and been so annoyed. Second, when I tried to get the other girls attention (the dark hair girl), she took forever to acknowledge me, and when she did, her attitude was as if I was interrupting her life because she was rude. I asked why my cookie didn’t have the frosting scoop on top and she told me they ran out….. she offered me a cookie to replace it and in turn I denied it. But she was rude the entire time. Why I didn’t just get offered a free cookie along with that one, I don’t understand (you’re the ones out of the product) also, don’t treat a customer like crap for asking why ESPECIALLY when you didn’t even inform me when I received them. I was so blown away by the service there that night, I’ve never had an experience like that from a Crumbl nor should any customer have that experience when they’re paying the money they are for your desserts. So yeah, already left a review on the app but needed to leave another on google because people should know what to expect when...
Read moreThis was the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time ANYWHERE! I placed an order for CURBSIDE pickup. I arrived at the store, parked 2 spaces from the front door and hit the "I'm here" button in the app. It immediately showed I was first in line. I watched the door of the store, watched a customer walk out and store was absolutely empty. A few minutes later, my order said completed. Still, no one came out. Then customers entered, were served and came out with their orders. I waited TEN minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy. Still nothing. After FIFTEEN minutes, I walked into store. No one was in front of me, only a couple ordering at self serve kiosk. I stood in front of register for 2 minutes before I was even greeted. (There were 3 associates working!) I said "I've been outside for fifteen minutes waiting for a curbside order." The associate said "what's the name?" I gave it to her, she grabbed the box off the back counter and said "we couldn't find the car". I turned around, pointed to my car and said "right there. I had to give a description of my car with my order." She scoffed and said "have a nice day". Not to mention, if she couldn't find my car, why didn't she...

Hey do you mind paying over $15 for 4 cookies, especially when you only have 6 options to choose from?
Don't get me wrong they do have some great cookies, you might not have those cookies as an option because they change once a week and only have 6 varieties at a time.
At $5 for a single cookie I would expect something amazing. Good doesn't make it worth $5.
These cookies are high end and tik tok fad cookies and once they lose popularity they will dry up quick as a super premium high end cookie in Socal where you can buy 1 cookie or a dozen eggs.
The in store experience is no different than ordering online. You order and pay from a tablet, some one delivers your completed cookie order to a counter.
There is almost no interaction and nothing inside except back area you can kind of see. You don't even get the experience of actually watching the process as most of it happens a good ways away from the front, save for 2 unused mixers.
Final review, not worth the time. Maybe a single cookie for a birthday or something but way to expensive unless your clearing...
