Speed of service and customer service needs attention here. I went for breakfast. I approach the counter the lady behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence, not only this, she litrally pulled off her apron right in fron of me, hung it on the wall next to her and walked away. I think she was leaving for her break. But she could have atleast waited for her co-worker to take the position or just helped me and then gone on her break, instead of me waiting there not knowing what just happned. Anyway I was then helped by a another person who took her position. This reflects very poorly on a nationally recognised brand, where we expect to get quality food and service. Speaking of speed of service, my burger was ready and I could see it but no one would hand it to me. I waited for a few more minutes and had to ask for my food, that is when I was told that the wait is for the hashbrown. This should have been clearly communicated to me that there will be a few minute delay for the hashbrown. I was running late for work and I had leave rightaway. Please correct...
Read moreI got home late after a late show, around 11:30. I tried to go to the Carl's Jr., but they were closed. So I gambled on Jack in the Box. Suffice to say I lost that bet. I spent five minutes trying to confirm with the woman through the speaker what I wanted. Two Double Jacks with nothing on them, one a combo with a curly fry and a small Dr. Pepper. I was very careful to specify "no cheese, just meat and bun." After wasting my time watching the screen show all kinds of wrong info (why would I want to eliminate one of the patties from a Double?) and trying to talk the girl through what was wrong, finally she told me to just pull around to the window.
She gave me my order, and I know that I should have checked it on the spot, but there were folks behind me and I didn't want to waste any more of their time then I already had. Anyways, I ended up with cheese on both my burgers and regular fries instead of curly fries. Ate the fries and tossed the burgers.
I can only blame myself though. It's what I get for trying...
Read more9/7/2021: We went there, today, and when we got home, we were missing 3 items. I immediately called. The 1st time, we got no answer. The 2nd time, guy picked up and I told him what happened. He immediately called me a liar and said he personally packed our food. I told him that I'm not liar and he started to yell at me. I put him on speaker and Jon took my phone. He asked to talk to a manager and he said there isn't one. Jon repeated what I said and he got yelled at as well. Finally, the employee calmed down and offered our food but we have to come get it. We never came to get it because we didn't trust what he would do with our food. Plus, he yelled at us infront of our children!
They have gone down hill quickly. First visit was great and the staff was friendly. Now they rush us every time and there is always food missing or things made...
