Probably the worst service Iāve ever experienced in a quick serve location but hey, when youāve got 4 people crammed into a 6 x 3 foot space for hours I suppose thatās understandable.
I stepped up to the kiosk but then the person at the window completely their order so took one step to my right to face the order taker.
While I was in front of him he told me to go order on line and attempted to call up the person behind me. I said, āor I could just order with you since Iām next in line and standing hereā.
He then asked if i could move over to other could use the kiosk (that wasnāt blocked Ked and fully assessable and that no one wanted to use).
I ordered the plain churros in ice cream w: carmel .
After ordering and providing a phone number we were buzzed and an Oreo ice cream came our way ānumber 11ā was called. I said I was #11 but hadnāt ordered Oreo as I hate Oreos. The employee kept arguing that this was # 11 and said I ordered at the kiosk, which I had not - I ordered from the rude employee on the other side.

I received a text message my order was ready, went to the window, and they then pretended my order was not made. I could see it. We were the only customers at the time and our orders were sitting there, melting. They purposefully handed us cups overflowing with melting ice cream, and had an attitude the whole time.
I had a really big craving for this and was so disappointed with the experience that I really donāt want to return. I donāt think anyone would enjoy that type of horrible service, and folks have a right to know thatās all they can expect here.
The churros were good, but too small. Maybe it was the service, but it didnāt even taste...

Female acting as if she had to wait for an ok from the males. I will never return back but customer service training on respecting customers when they are not happy with what they bought occurs.
