I absolutely love Ike’s! They offer a huge variety of clearly labeled vegan options — and what makes it even better is that they’re happy to veganize almost any sandwich on the menu. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the vegan choices, sauces, and substitutions. It’s such a relief to walk into a sandwich shop and feel like your needs are fully understood and respected. Delicious, creative, satisfying — I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious Sammy! We had the Tony Hawk on their Dutch bread, which had a little crisp to it, and its flavor combination so is good. Also had the Elvis on wheat bread. The wheat bread was so soft and the teriyaki was amazing. I don’t think I have ever had such a good sandwich. Love love love.

I got the Terrell Davis: turkey, bacon, and provolone. Unique Dutch bread has a pretty good flavor, the texture was a little rough on the roof of my mouth, but not enough to make me stop eating it. We saw there is a Vegas location, so we’re planning on checking out that one too. Bonus, free suckers!

Gina,Jason and Karan were awesome at the La Jolla location. Gina took my order, was super friendly, professional and had my sandwich made quickly as I had an appointment to go to. She went out of her way to provide great customer service. Jason made the sandwich exactly how I ordered it. Jason too, was very nice and friendly. The location was very clean when I walked in. Karan answered the phone when I called back to provide positive feedback from my experience this morning. Karan thanked me for taking the time to call in and acknowledge the employees there. This place is severely understaffed. It took 40 MINUTES for us to get only two sandwiches.

We were waiting in the store while the workers were ignoring us and prioritizing a catering order. Do not come here expecting a normal wait time. Upper management should be ashamed. Never coming again since I didn't even have time to eat my sandwich before I had to leave.

I have never had any issues with any other Ikes ever. Not the ones in San Diego, not the one in Davis, not the ones in the bay area. Only this one had had problems with...

This was my first time at Ike’s, and my first impression was that the menu is super overwhelming, so many sandwich options to choose from! Luckily, the guy at the register was really patient and helpful, which I appreciated.

I did notice they forgot to add jalapeños to my sandwich, but I just went up to the front and asked for a side of them, and they were cool about it.

Now for the important part: the sandwich itself was AMAZING. Super fresh, packed with flavor, and definitely worth the hype. Will most definitely be coming back...
