Gina,Jason and Karan were awesome at the La Jolla location. Gina took my order, was super friendly, professional and had my sandwich made quickly as I had an appointment to go to. She went out of her way to provide great customer service. Jason made the sandwich exactly how I ordered it. Jason too, was very nice and friendly. The location was very clean when I walked in. This place is severely understaffed. It took 40 MINUTES for us to get only two sandwiches.

We were waiting in the store while the workers were ignoring us and prioritizing a catering order. Do not come here expecting a normal wait time. Upper management should be ashamed. Never coming again since I didn't even have time to eat my sandwich before I had to leave.

I have never had any issues with any other Ikes ever. Not the ones in San Diego, not the one in Davis, not the ones in the bay area. Only this one had had problems with...

This was my first time at Ike’s, and my first impression was that the menu is super overwhelming, so many sandwich options to choose from! Luckily, the guy at the register was really patient and helpful, which I appreciated.

I did notice they forgot to add jalapeños to my sandwich, but I just went up to the front and asked for a side of them, and they were cool about it.

Now for the important part: the sandwich itself was AMAZING. Super fresh, packed with flavor, and definitely worth the hype. Will most definitely be coming back...
