I usually never write reviews on people who make minimum wage but I came there at 2:30am tonight and the girl taking orders was extremely rude. My son who has autism can't sleep at night so we go for rides and sometimes I get him a snack. He gets impatient waiting in line and stems and makes chirping/screaming noises. Immediately when I pull up (mind you I have not spoken a single word) the girl does not ask me for my order but says "If you are going to be rude I will not take your order and refuse service!". I am assuming she left her mic on and maybe is talking to people at the window. Then a few seconds goes by and she says "Are you going to order or what?". I just pulled off because I am not going to go back and forth over Fries. But if your workers are this unhinged over their job they do not belong in customer service. People have other things going on and don't need to deal with mentally unstable customer service workers. YES, I am being that person. Because you are not doing me a favor taking my order weirdo! I don't have to explain anything to you when I have been here for ONE SECOND! I have worked over night shifts at fast food back in the day and I get you are tired but usually someone has to even speak to you in order to be rude. I am never coming to this location again.
Inclusion is a thing and people have kids and don't need to cater to your workers. I can only imagine how disabled people feel dealing with impatient rude a*s people that work...
Read moreCame here to grab a quick meal before heading to the zoo from out of town...the guy at the drive thru was very rude and inpatient. After we placed our order we realized we forgot my son's chicken nugget kid's meal. So we asked to add it. He said ok. When we got to the window we asked him if he got our order since he didn't ask what type of drink or what kind of fries we wanted. He rolled his eyes then said yes. When we looked at the receipt he had charged us for a regular meal. We explained that, that is not what we ordered. He then rolled his eyes again and asked what we wanted. We again repeated our order and he claimed "there was no chicken nuggets kid's meal, only chicken strips" and handed us $1 (I'm pretty sure it's more than a $1 difference between the regular and the kids meal) then he rudely asked what we wanted for the drink; we said strawberry lemonade and he gave us regular lemonade, we told him we asked for strawberry lemonade he said we don't have strawberry lemonade and extended his arm into our car handing us the soda. After parking to eat our food in the car my mom was really upset at the way he acted she went into the restaurant and asked to get the drink replaced since my son didn't want regular lemonade and she explained what had occurred and the lady employee apologized and assured us that the information he gave us was not correct...so he was just...

An assistant manager and swans me that I must purchase something the first before I can go into the restroom, she had actually stereotyped me as one of the homeless visit the area I then placed my order went to the restroom and upon my return what I assumed was a district manager was there and I informed him that I was a disabled veteran who actually recycled to help other disabled veterans and I did not appreciate the assistant manager stereotyping me as one of the normal homeless vagrants that that restaurant. And that I was a disabled veteran who actually recycles and donates the money to help other disabled veterans and that I did not appreciate being stereotyped and was embarrassed and that I also how to say local Google guide for the area and that I would reflect this in my review on my visit to the restaurant. I doubt that I will ever enter those doors again and I would advise anyone who is a veteran or associated with any veterans to also boycott this location the restaurant is clean however the attitude of the management and staff is not...
