We went to San Diego for a quick getaway with nothing major planned. We decided to go shopping and looked for places nearby to treat ourselves for a massage. Luckily this place was able to squeeze us in at the last minute.
I ended up having a work emergency before the appointment started and was incredibly tense and stressed. They were really patient with me and I didnāt feel rushed at all. When I was ready for the massage it was difficult for me to relax. Once the therapist started working on me I felt the tension disappear.
Iāve had a few Thai massages in my life and they were really painful. I didnāt feel pain at all here. The pressure was firm and calculated and I never felt uncomfortable. As you know they use their feet and their feet must be very flexible because the movements were seamless almost as if multiple therapists were working in unison.
We loved it so much we went back our last day in San Diego for a massage and cupping session before our drive home.
The location is in an office park, not your typical location for a spa but the building has various physical therapy and chiropractic services so it makes sense to be located there. I donāt think they have the foot traffic that they would if having a storefront, and I strongly recommend you take a chance on them. The prices are really fair, considering the last Thai massage I had at the Four Seasons in LA was $600 and hurt so much.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI booked a 90min massage here. Worst experience Iāve ever had. I hate leaving bad reviews but they really donāt leave me a choice here.
I booked my massage with Tiktok. I let her know before she started that I am recovering from an accident so please go gentle from the waist and down. I told her to stop 3 times because she was giving me so much pain. Her strokes were so stiff and her nails were scratching me everywhere.
Even when she started with my upper body, you could tell she had no clue what she was doing. The blanket covering me was all over the place. She just finds knots and forces that one area with no mercy. Professionals would not give that much pain.
Iāve been to many massage therapy and thai massage so I know what a thai massage is like.
I had to finish the session in 45min because I knew my body would feel worse if I continued. She told me sorry, first day as she was walking out!? Why are you giving people massages with no proper training?
When I walked out of my room after getting changed, itās like they were all hiding. Ok sure. Take my prepaid money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām an active person. Recent wear and tear contributed to shoulder and back issues. Risa the certified yoga and HITT instructor Iāve taken classes with mentioned her main business was a Thai Yoga Bodywork. Just like your typical massage therapy, youāre provided a screening questionnaire to identify your trouble areas, chronic issues, etc.
At the appointment, you walk in and your greeted by Risa or her associate in authentic Thai outfits. The ambience is nice. I received the best Thai Massage therapy in my life. Risa was very professional and enthusiastic. She also included cupping in the session. It was the first time I received it. It definitely enhanced the experience. Overall, Iād highly recommend their services from someone experiencing any aches or pains especially if youāre a fan of...
