McDONALD'S CORPORATION FORCED ME TO ENJOY BREAKFAST AT JACK-IN-THE-BOX THIS MORNING!!! I am a mobility impaired senior citizen I went into McDonald's for breakfast this morning when I arrived and ordered I was the only person I line. I had been given 2 coupons for free parfaits which I attempted to order, it took Anthony ( black teenaged male dreadlocks) over 3 minutes to explain that I was only allowed to use one coupon per order. I said okay please, make it one parfait, the senior coffee and a water glass. Eleven MINUTES WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE IN LINE BEHIND ME, after I first attempted to order he tied to charge me $8.+ for one senior coffee, one parfait which there was a coupon for free and an empty water glass. AS McDONALD'S IS NOW SO DESITUTE THAT IT CAN NOT AFFORD TO HIRE COUNTER ATTENDANTS WHICH EVEN SPEAK ENOUGH ENGLISH TO UNDERSTAND YES OR NO I LEFT LEAVING CASH AND COUPONS ON THE COUNTER. Read moreI ordered delivery via Grubhub of a Deluxe Breakfast and an Iced Mocha without ice, the lid of the iced mocha was, for reasons I cannot fathom, the same lid they use for shakes they serve in-house. meaning the lid was completely open and in transit the contents of this mocha spilled all over the interior of the bag, almost entirely ruining pretty much everything else inside the bag. There was no sticker on the lid that could even have attempted to keep the contents of this mocha inside the cup. I am incredibly curious what the thought process was, maybe they were out of the specific plastic lid required to seal the container? Maybe the person who made the mocha just didn't care? I have no idea. I managed to get a refund from Grubhub, but I write this review in hopes their manager, franchisee, or whoever else sees it and works to remedy the issue on their end because something, somewhere went wrong and I feel it only fair they be made aware of the error...
Read moreConvenient location. The issue I experienced during this visit was after paying for my order through the drive-through, I was asked to pull up to window number one. When I arrived, no one ever showed up, and two cars behind me already got their orders and had driven away.
After over 5 minutes of waiting, I pulled to the front of the restaurant & parked my car. At this time the inside dining room was closed. I had to knock on the glass door and finally got the attention of a McDonald’s employee coming out of the bathroom.
The employee looked frustrated, however opened the door, and I explained what happened. They quickly apologized and said they would bring me my order. A different employee came to door and brought me my drive-through order. He was very friendly, offered me a free apple pie, but I declined.
The whole experience was a disaster, however the employee who brought me my meal at the end made the experience 100%...
