Panda Express — Restaurant in San Diego

Horrible service, waiting for noodles for almost 20 minutes, when I asked for a manager, she gave me attitude and said that I was told that there would be a wait, when nobody told me that there would be a wait until after I paid. Then gave me attitude and said want me to remake your whole order, I said yes please, and she then completed my order and when I got home, 45 minutes later, the order was wrong. I will be reaching out to corporate and complaining. If I'm not mistaken, the Manager was Alani, and the other woman that gave horrible service was named Misty. Misty was touching the register and then putting her hands inside the little red side boxes and putting food in them. Disgusting and unacceptable during a pandemic especially. I have attached a photo of the empty pan of noodles. There were at least 6-8 people waiting for noodles, when I was waiting. ...

You won't believe this. Panda Express doesn't have salt & pepper packets. Even though the food is prepared in sauces, the flavoring really is bland. Aside from that, the food provides nutrition. There are many food options to choose from including brown rice, white rice, chow mein or vegetables. Steak may be accompanied with shrimp, or broccoli or sauteed veggies. Chicken may be complemented with mushroom, orange sauce, or cashews. Or perhaps if meat is not your cuisine, alternatives are offered.

I ordered the kiddie meal with peppered steak and broccoli. It is the healthiest food option at Las Americas but it's Panda Express. No reason to do cartwheels.

It's probably the time of the year but it was really busy when I was there that was maybe a line of at least 10 people waiting to be handled by the people doing all the work but they managed to resolve everybody's order and I was really happy. The restaurant is conveniently located inside the plaza and there's plenty of parking room so you won't worry about that. Since they're always selling food that means that you're going to get a freshly prepared dish like I did with the chow mein and the chicken.
