On 10/20/24 at 2:05pm, I prepaid for an order in the Panera app for 10 Asiago Cheese bagels and 3 Cinnamon Crunch bagels to be picked up on 10/22/24 at 11:50am, and received an email confirmation. Upon arrival on 10/23/24 at noon, I received 3 Cinnamon Crunch bagels and only 2 Asiago Cheese bagels. Plus a random selection of 8 bagels that I did not order. When I complained I was told that the bagels are first come first serve, so I get what's left. I told her that I was aware of the first come first served rule, and that is why I placed the order 2 days in advance. She just said oh. This is unacceptable service for a long time customer. Update: Ordered 2 bakers dozen bagels, 20 Asiago cheese and 6 sesame seed. One of the Asiago cheese bagels was missing, so I only received 25 bagels instead of the 26 I ordered. The employees need to pay closer attention to what was ordered and what is served. An extra check of the bag contents compared to the order would easily fix the problems. Update: Got a kitchen sink cookie. It was very good. Update: Got 3 macaroons, one coconut and two chocolate coconut. They were very good. Update: Got a Ciabatta Cheese steak with added arugula, basil, roasted corn, and sliced tomatoes. It was very good. Update: Got a Ciabatta Cheesesteak with extra peppers and grilled onions. There was about 25% of the meat in this sandwich compared to my previous ciabatta cheesesteak. For the price, this is unacceptable. Update: Got an Italian Steak & Mozzarella sandwich with extra sweet peppers, grilled onions, tomatoes, and roasted corn. It was very good. Read moreHorrible customer service. The employees here could get lost in a phone booth. Gave them a second chance and on my second try, I did not get what I ordered and had already driven 45 min home from work. I called and they said they would make it right next time, and I told them it would be 2-3 weeks before I'd be back. Fast forward to today, I sent my coworker to collect, and they refused to make good on this. When I called, first they answered with an attitude stating, "this is the number that always hangs up". I said, excuse me, then she was like, "Oh I mean our phone,did you mean to call Panera? How can I help you?" After explaining the situation, she kept cutting me off telling me they were too busy, then hangs up on me. I called back, only for her to try to disguise her voice. When I told her I will just come in there, she put me on a long hold and came back as herself...Only to hang up on me again. Maybe the food is cookie-cutter good, if/when you get your order, but now we can see why Lucia will always be a fast food worker. But maybe not Panera after I speak...
