I picked up a salad here before my flight and it was actually quite surprisingly good. The server was super sweet and since I had the priority pass he suggested how I could add some more items on to make use of that entire $208 amount.

I got the Greek Salad with Chicken - romaine lettuce, pickled onions, olives, roasted red peppers and feta. It came with a Greek Dressing which was not too bad. Nothing special, just so so.

Generous serving of chicken there and it was cooked right. Not dry or rubbery or anything. I was actually very surprised by the amount of lettuce in there! They actually filled up that entire to go box with letters before adding the toppings on. Feta was really lovely on top as well.

Only thing that didn't go well was the olives. I found them too strong in flavor and salty so I just took them all off.

// Update 1 month later (Oct 2022) Got a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad to go on my next trip, and definitely loved the portion size of the Romaine again. The Togo box was full! Chicken was also soft and perfectly cooked. Not too thick or thin a filet. Just right. I also really loved the dressing!! It was so good even to taste by itself!

The Hummus and Grilled Pita was amazing too! For real! Such smooth hummus, soft pita bread, perfectly grilled and just amazing. I really liked them both by themselves too! So good! Very very ginormous serving of hummus too, and the pita felt less in comparison, haha. Only downside is that they just plopped all the hummus into the box, and put the pita right near it. UPDATE 2: Half a year later nothing has changed based on reviews. Best avoid for your sanity. Thankful PP restaurant credits are going away and will force the restaurant to reckon with its service and products.

UPDATE: Restaurant Director of Operations responded personally and was earnest about making sure this does not happen again.

AVOID. Waitress Marites commits Priority Pass fraud by adding non-existent guests to lounge check-in.

Despite no outward behavior from me, muttered: "You Priority Pass people always think you are priority, you are not!" before attending to my table of one. Fradulently signed me in as 2 total people on my Priority Pass, then signed my name in on the terminal without consent, and without providing lounge check in receipt. I actively objected to being signed in as having 2 total people. She tells me to "just trust" her it was done correctly. I was charged by the bank instantly. I confronted her immediately to change/update the lounge check-in. She disappears for ten minutes, lies to me that it has been updated and is unwilling to provide updated lounge-check in receipt as proof. I indicated to her this is fraud, prompting her to immediately take money out of a previous diner's payment to pay me back. Reported to Priority Pass program for audit. Waitress has been mentioned in previous Google reviews and restaurant has not taken action...

Seems like customers are a nuisance in their space.

We sat in booth & had trouble connecting to QR code to order (as instructed on placard). Couldn't get any waitress' attention so waved to bartender. He shouted from where he was "she's coming, be patient".

Waitress finally came, we said we're ready to order & she replies "just wait that's why I'm coming here" while she signs onto machine that was next to our table.

Our coffee was slapped down in 10 min, no cream, another 10 for our water, then meals which were lukewarm, steaks cooked wrong, no salsa for quesadilla. I had asked at beginning for hot water for my thermos, but only if they had boiling hot water available. She said yes, & repeatedly told me to "just wait". When she finally got it, she filled w cold water. Forever to get bill.

Though inefficient, at least the waitress seemed overworked. The bartender Arturo was deliberately rude & unhelpful to patrons & waitresses. It seemed like he was determined to sabotage their service. He was constantly bickering w them, not informing which drinks were which & seemed even to be refusing to make their drinks (saw her finally making them herself).
