Not sure if the two women working were just having a bad day or really just hate their job. Very rude experience. They were extremely unhelpful and could have cared less about food allergies for my wife. I don't normally post pics of workers- sadly it needed to be recognized whom I'm speaking about as it was that bad. You are in an airport, people either arriving or flying out- the last thing they need is a rude worker when trying to get some food. Now I'm sure they get angry customers, not saying that doesn't happen. However, when charging $16+ for some sub par excuse for Mexican food.... In an airport....in a food court.... Maybe people should look at other places.

The person in front of me ordered a loaded quesadilla and the worker immediately warned them that they did not have any meats other than steak and brisket. I asked if they had veggies for a veggie burrito and he looked around and said... no I don't think so. I'm pretty sure he was the only person working there, since it took a few minutes for anyone to come out of the kitchen and show up at the counter. He was nice, but the food that was sitting in the pans looked like it had been there for a while. Maybe it was an off day.. but not recommended.

This is, by a huge margin, the worst Qdoba I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience. It makes me never want Qdoba again. The rice was super bland. The beans were bland. No vegetables at all. Not even onions. I wanted jalapeños but I was told they were also out of those. A much as I was excited to eat a hot burrito I wish I didn’t waste my appetite on this flavorless food. If I were Qdoba, I’d find new owners or close this terrible franchise before it hurts the brand any further.

On Jan.21,2024 at 11:30 pm I decided to get some food before my flight along with my daughter and colleague. We both decided on Mexican. Our experience at this restaurant with a staff member was just horrendous. The young man who was serving was incredibly rude to both of us. For my order, he was serving both my daughter and I. He made a mistake and put sauce on mine when I had it said it was the one for my daughter, and he knew that as we were very specific. When I tried to gently point it out, he raised his voice and said ' well what do you want to do' , I asked he could try to scoop the top portion with sauce off, he then proceeded to THROW THE PLATE across the room to the garbage and then literally throwing the food on my plate as well. He was hostile and so rude in the interaction. My timid and soft spoken colleague had a similar experience of disrespect when making her order. We were both shocked at this behaviour and hope it will be addressed ASAP. This young man should not be in this line of work until he has some serious customer...

I travel a lot for work and live in San Diego so terminal 2 at the airport can sometimes be my second home. I’ve always looked forward to getting Qdoba before my flight but not anymore. The “veggie burrito” option is no longer a true veggie option with more fajita-like veggies. It’s basically a burrito supreme just slightly larger size than Taco Bell. Even though they can’t provide the nice veggies to make it a burrito supreme like the used to, they STILL CHARGE THE SAME WHICH IS MORE THAN MEAT BURRITO PRICES. They are providing less than the menu states and still charging me the same. Great. The only reason I still go sometimes is because my company is paying for it and not me. I would never pay $14 (after tax) for a burrito supreme. Since there are no fajita veggies available it’s essentially rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese and maybe some of that corn salsa/other...

By far the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. For starters the only options for meat are chicken and steak. There’s no plant based option or pork. Secondly they claimed to not have any chips because their oil was dirty and they didn’t make any chips for the day, however someone that ordered before me had chips. Lastly the food was nasty overall. My rice was over cooked, mushy, and bland and the beans were undercooked. If I had to describe how my bowl tasted I would say it was like eating a bowl of plain boiled oats or a bowl of soggy corn flakes…just mushy and flavorless. How they can charge $13 for one bowl when the food is this bad is beyond me. If I ever have to go to San Diego airport again I will be sure to...
