Ordered a salad with thousand island dressing on the side. I'm about 99.9% certain I even said, no dressing on the salad, even though that should have been obvious. Received a salad with vinegrette dressing and thousand island on the side. That makes no sense, plus, like I said, I'm quite certain I even clarified. The waiter took it back and told me I hadn't been clear when ordering. He brought back another salad that would have been quite tasty if not for rancid sunflower seeds. I opted to attempt to eat around those (not totally successful and definitely not as enjoyable.) A waitress happened by and asked how the food was. I told her it was good but that the sunflower seeds were rancid. She came back after several minutes and confirmed that yes, she and the cooks agreed. Could she bring me another salad? Honestly, I didn't want to waste even more food, so I said I'd continue to eat around them. She asked a second time and I said I'd be happy for a discount or refund of some sort. She said she'd check on that, then never came back to speak with me. Even when I got up to get water and she was behind the bar in front of me, she ignored me. Read moreI am extremely frustrated with my experience at this restaurant. My girlfriend and I spent about 25–30 minutes there. After taking about 5 minutes to look over the menu, we waited nearly 15 minutes for our food—which was just two burgers and an order of fries as a side.
During the wait, we tried to check on the status of our food. The first time, the staff member was very friendly and told us it would take another 5–10 minutes. We were totally fine with that. However, about 7 minutes later, I asked again and said that if the food wouldn’t be ready in the next 5 minutes, I would like it to be packed to go.
At that point, the staff member seemed quite impatient. She turned and walked away mid-conversation—though she was smiling, it felt dismissive. She didn’t let me finish my sentence, just went straight to the counter and started packing our food, as if we were unwelcome.
We tipped an additional 18%, which the system clearly stated would go to the staff, yet I honestly didn’t receive any service worth tipping for. This was a disappointing experience in both service and dining, and I wouldn’t...

Wow... a legit bar that isnt hidden some lost corner of a dark airport hallway. In a large open space in the T2 terminal, you'll find Stone Brewing delivering their great craft beers. I stopped here wondering if they had some bottles I could bring back home and sure enough they did! So if you want to enjoy the last sips, you can easily sit at the bar and do that.
Service here is a bit haphazard. It took a while to flag down someone to ask them how much the bottles were to figure out if I wanted to take one home. After them telling me they didnt know, I waited for 5 minutes as they ran around to serve their tables. They came back with the answer that I should talk to the bartender... well, good thing I wasn't rushing to a gate! The bartender was far more knowledgeable and was able to tell me the pricing. He also allowed me to try a few samples to see how they were (hoppy or not...).
Its definitely above average than your normal airport bar and perhaps if I had more time, I could sit down and...
