I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local Subway, and I must say, the experience was elevated to an entirely new level thanks to Eric! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that made me feel right at home.
Eric's knowledge of the menu was impressive; he effortlessly guided me through the various options, recommending the perfect combination of fresh ingredients for my sandwich. His passion for quality and customer satisfaction was evident as he meticulously crafted my order, ensuring that every layer was just right. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and Eric truly exemplifies that spirit.
What stood out most was his ability to connect with customers. While preparing my meal, he engaged in friendly conversation, making me feel valued and appreciated. It’s not just about the food; it’s the entire experience, and Eric understands that perfectly. His energy was infectious, and I left the store not just with a delicious sandwich but also with a smile on my face.
The cleanliness of the restaurant and the way Eric handled every aspect of the service, from ingredients to the checkout process, showcased his dedication to excellence. It’s clear that he goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere.
If you’re lucky enough to visit Subway and see Eric behind the counter, you’re in for a treat! I highly recommend stopping by for not just a fantastic meal but an outstanding customer service experience that will leave you wanting to return again and again. Thank you, Eric, for making my visit so memorable! Keep up the...
Read moreI use to come here for breakfast, the manager, I do not know her name, she had black curly hair, Hispanic, well at least I think she is the manager since she is always there in the AM, is rude. I use to order sandwiches for my husband and I, one breakfast, one for lunch, and she said to me. This is a lot of bread for you, and I explained, my husband and I actually share it. She then said, yeah sure, and rolled her eyes. I don't know why I kept going back but maybe it was for convience since I grab a jamba juice next door every once in a while. The last time I went back. I order just breakfast this time and when I got to the register, she and another man are there saying the system was down and I would have to wait. No problem. I waited and then let them know I had cash in case that helps, she said she couldn't open the draws but had money in deposit bag maybe. She starts to look for change comes back up hands me the change and says, "I owe you four pennies, I don't have enough, have a nice day". Don't get me wrong I'm not hurting over 4 pennies, it's the principal, my money, and the fact that a manager and most likely DM would allow a customer to walk out with the wrong amount of change purposefully, when their system was down, is why I would never go back, unless they change management. Worst...
Read moreToday I came 8/13/24 in at around 11:10and I asked the lady for a meal deal and I thought that it was okay and ask for the bread since that’s the first thing you do and instead I was told that the tuna was full priced if I wanted and I was shocked because I didn’t ask that and then when came back I told her I didn’t ask that and then she continued to say oh I’m just asking on what you wanted and then I told her I was asking for the bread and then she continued to tell me “are you mad mija are you mad” what kind of professionalism is that? I thought subway had more respect for their name but I guess they hire who ever they can get since all the workers are rude and disrespectful. And if the lady hated her job so much she needs to find a new one or be able to speak properly because I couldn’t understand her? Mind you she a grown woman talking to me like...
